i love it when you can compare the same feedback posts from the same situation only a year ago to the same comments and points on the new one and see that they are exactly the same

  That's a sign of a completely incompetent group of people "leading" LoTC. Of course that's gonna be the case when the Owner looks at the server two times a year, and the "Chairman" is literally a bottleneck that appears once every blue moon.
