 National Association of the Advancement of the Dwedmar People

With the advancement and improvement of the Dwedmar of Urguan in mind, the signatories of this document hereby pledge to work cohesively to achieve a higher standard of living for all Dwedmar and citizen of the Under-Realm alike. The formation of the NAADP stands as a safeguard for all Clans and will perform diplomatically and politically with the interest of their safety held in the highest regard. The signatories do hereby agree to;

• Signatories will work cohesively when making decisions and partaking in votes.

• Signatories will be free to trade independently with each other.

• Should a Clan be displeased with the agreement, they may depart accordingly without fear of retaliation.

• Signatories will include the Rikkin of their respective Clan and one/two representatives to serve in the absence of the Rikkin.

• The NAADP signatories will organize a meeting upon announcement of a Council of Rikkin meeting. 

• On matters of war and other state affairs, the NAADP signatories will discuss which course of action will benefit the Dwedmar of the Under-Realm and do agree to vote accordingly.

With the aforementioned terms clearly documented, the NAADP does officially announce their formation and will henceforth move forward with their honorable goal of attaining unity and safety amongst the people of the Under-Realm. Narvok oz Urguan! Narvok oz Brathmordakin! Narvok oz Dwedmar!

I think suggesting that any member of the communities thoughts should be overlooked or ignored is one of the largest problems here. Disregarding it and giving it a label such as "lal mad" or "norlanders triggered" is absolutely silly. What is just as silly, is the half-assed responses by those who express disdain for the applicant in question. If you approve of him, give reasons why and vice versa. Simply saying "he was good last time" doesnt prove anything if you fail to cite examples. That goes for the opposite as well. If you want to show disapproval of Tornado, share a response like Pond or Ougi. 

That being said, I have had both negative and positive engagements with Tornado. At times he and I have been civil and even chatted in a discord before. Though there are times that we constantly argued or disagreed. I feel he expresses moments of incompetence when it comes to his duties as a GM and the protocols he should follow when engaging the community. I have witnessed him be aggressive or sarcastic toward players during a modreq. He also has been and continues to be accused of hacks, and sorry to say but being screenshared after you had the chance to log off and clean your computer doesnt clear your name in the eyes of the playerbase and that is what matters when you are a GM. It is extremely hard for a community to trust a player who has proven time and again to be untrustworthy in their eyes. Putting aside our past opposition to each others mineman nations I can't find it in me to give you anything but a -1. I don't think the good outweigh the bad in this case and I don't feel you can bring enough to the team to warrant tolerance of the negative side. This isnt to say that I would never support you for GM, but at this time, I think you need to take a break and reevaluate yourself. Make a change and perhaps players would be more accepting toward you in a position of authority. 

This is meant to be constructive criticism which is why I refrained from any abusive language. You are a nice guy at times @Tornado_, I would love to see improvement in more ways than one. I wish you luck and congratulations should you be invited onto the team.
