"As-salaam Alaikum to the Federation of Sutica,

this declaration has been a long time coming. It is time for you to repay what you owe, no longer will I sit idly by and force upon myself the headache of your past disgusting deeds against my people. I am no politician, no bureaucrat, or fairy: so be aware that what I write will not be pleasant nor worded carefully like a silver tongued snake of your city.

It has been decades since my realm made its humble journey to Axios, decades where our people had to sit idly by with the burden of your betrayal sitting upon our heavy hearts. While you profited from our suffering, becoming great merchants and lying to the faces of Axios: you are no neutral people, we only managed to persevere and push forward while you connived and schemed for personal ambition. We once shared similar sufferings, but you fell upon the path of the Shae'tan[devil]. You broke your oaths, you destroyed our friendship, you betrayed those that gave you everything you have today. Your people were refugees of war, yet you bit the hand that fed. You are vile beings who know nothing of honor or loyalty. Our people had bled for you, good Farfolk and Dwarven men and yet you cowered throughout the entirety of the 18 Year War, instead taking to under-the-table dealings with Orenians. Did you believe we would forget your betrayal and be so easily fooled? Did you think that the crumbled grand empire of Oren could continue to protect you and your degenerate underlings posthumously? Need I remind you all, by law of the realm the Farfolk people have de jure claim over the lands of Sutica. You, Lilliana of Sutica, swore an oath to serve House Kharadeen until Allah deemed otherwise. You were never relieved of your oath, Lilliana. We remember this clear as day.

The crimes you and the Federation have committed against our people are as follows:

• The breaking of your oath to House Kharadeen.
• The betrayal during the 18 Year War, leading to the death of many Farfolk and directly aiding in causing the Qali Spring conflict.
• The siding with the Orenian Empire against the First Intifada of Vandoria
• The funding of the failed 'peoples revolt' against Haria
• Slandering the name of the Sultan and his descendants
• Snaking and stealing vassals away from Haria

I do not write this on behalf of the Sultanate of Haria, the nation is neutral and will most likely remain as such. I care not of their involvement, all you have to worry about is myself and all those who follow me, for I will ensure the nation of Haria and House Kharadeen is compensated for all ill that you have done. I will give you and your people the opportunity to avoid bloodshed if you meet our demands and pay the late war reparations of the 18 Year War and the Intifada of Vandoria.

War Reparations of the 18 Year War and the Intifada of Vandoria:

-60,000 minas to cover losses.

-The amount of TEN sets of Carbarum armor as payment to properly revoke your oaths to House Kharadeen

-The amount of SIX sets of Dragonscale archery armor as payment of forgiveness for your involvement in the Intifada.

-The amount of FIVE crate loads (stacks) of Iron blocks, ONE crate load (stack) of Diamond blocks, THREE crate loads(stacks) of Gold blocks

-A public apology to The Sultanate of Haria and The Grand Kingdom of Urguan for your betrayal of the 18 Year War.

Wars are no longer won by numbers, but by skill... The great warriors of Dunamis and House Romstun have proven this these past months. The soldiers who follow me hold great skill and passion with the blade, we are true warriors of Allah. We both know those that live within your realm are not fighters, they know nothing of how to hold a blade; only how to put on a dress- so think on this heavily. I will not bring any personal allies to the table, this is to be between us two and only us. If you decide to call forth the aid of allies, I will do just the same… And remember this, there are many of those that wish to see you fall, do not be so foolish to cry to allies for aid, Princess.

To those who have alliances with the Federation of Sutica, I ask you to stand with neutrality. This is not a warmongering, this is an act of justice. Sutica has wronged us deeply, and we wish to redeem ourselves in the eyes of Allah for such crimes against out people.

To the Federation of Sutica, you have three Khali days to reply. The demands I offer are fair for the evils you have committed, and as a kindness I will even allow you to be before the almighty for mercy. But, deny this ultimatum and you will see the wrath of the sands. I will ensure your people will suffer, your lands scorched with flames, the very existence of your nation will be brought to a dark age as we pilfer your city of our rightful goods. I am Ashruf Kaneen, Liberator of Vandoria, a sword of Allah. I show no mercy where its due, my lineage only knows warfare. I hope you do what is smart and choose the path of peace. The Great Harb[war] of Sutica may be upon us if not.
