    I love you guys, but I'm not filling out any more applications lol.

     

    As for the person above, +1 for effort and kindness but I have three additional questions for you.

     

    1. Do you have any conflicts of interest, IE you wont be coping any of our library's books for another purpose will you? Such as Abresi's library?

     

    3. If  your Artifact book only appears blank when you try to read it, how will you know what information it has gathered about your future to use?

     

    And I'd like to answer the last question of the application myself. I would wish for an artifact that could contain and control pure void, and be used to create new artifacts.

    Well addressing question 1, i heavily doubt a conflict of interest as Abresi does not seek to have a library anytime soon.However, in the event at Abresi does somehow decide to build a library, and I am invited by people i know there, things will be much different... So it's hard to really say that i will not have a conflict of interest.

    But I will not be copying Oracle's books for Abresi's libary or other interests(if it ever comes up) without the permission of the head librarian...

     

    Addressing question 3, I guess i over-complicated it, I was trying to put across that the book is only readable to those that are Sharers of Knowledge(If you get what i am trying to say), and appear blank to those who are knowledge-hungry to boost their own power only.

    Why do you wish to join the Delvers? I wish to contribute to the guild's Oracle Library. I am a seeker of knowledge and the library is the perfect way to do so. Furthermore, i wish to aid in the recovery of artifacts and relics. I'm a scribe who have written several philosophical books on various subjects such as War. One of which, i had donated to the library itself. I feel that i would be able to help the library and in turn, be able to learn about the history and mysterious of this world.

    In your own words describe what you think a delve is: A seeker and scholar of knowledge of the world around him or her. Someone bounded in fellowship with his peers and have the determination and drive to adventure the world and recover the secrets within. 

     

     

    If you found an artifact and that artifact could do anything. What would it do?  The artifact would be a empty and blank book. It would be covered with runes and intricate patterns of unknown origins. If one would just merely open the book for the sake of seeking the knowledge within, he or she would find it blank. However, if one would open the book and seek to spread his or her knowledge onto it, the book would be able to retrieve and record its owner memories and memories that have yet to come. How one would use such a artifact would be very interesting question, and the possibilities are endless.

    Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: - Yes, i have played the role of being in The Seekers , a mercenary faction at a Fallout-themed RP server. Among others, i have also roleplayed roles such as being a merchant and bartender.  I usually pick and built characters that reflect my personality so i can be natural while playing it. 
    Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Yes

    How did you hear about us?: - I have seen conversations on other servers about your server and have seen its videos and commendations on forums. 
    What do you think the server will be like? -  I think it would be a pinnacle example of a excellent role-playing server with a devoted staff and players. 
    Have you read and agreed to the rules?: -  Yes
    What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: -  The banning of metagaming. I feel that this rule is my favourite rule as it is utter rubbish that out-of-game information is used to influence actions in the game. It ruins the point of role-playing if so.

    What is roleplaying?: -  I feel that it is when one changes and assume another role and fully fulfills it.  Usually by changing one's behavior.  

    What’s metagaming?: -  It is simply when out-of-game information is used to influence one's actions in the game, hence it is an unfair advantage. 

    What’s powergaming?: -  It is when a player forces actions upon other players without giving them a opportunity to respond.

    Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family: -  Crineas comes from a former diplomatic family that used to work as diplomatic officials of the Holy Oren Empire.  Crineas's father resigned and left the empire in a bid of redemption of his failures as diplomat. His father was a  diplomat of the Hanseti mission, sent from the royal court to somehow convince Hanseti to join with Renatus. It ended in failure due to Hanseti's stubborn nature, and the war with Hanseti quickly followed. Shocked with his failures, Crineas's father resigned and migrated to a remote land. The  family renounced their nobility and left abruptly in the night, making the perilous journey to a remote land deep in the southern forests. The family built a small village for themselves, and crineas was born soon after. Crineas's father was determined to ensure Crineas would turn out to be a better man. His father taught him the ways of diplomacy and politics as soon as Crineas could read and write. Crineas quickly developed a love of history and philosophy, frequently reading the few books that his father had brought along.  Crineas also developed significant fighting skills, as he was brought up in such a harsh environment. Crineas father ensured this by teaching him dueling and sword-fighting skills.  Time passed quickly as Crineas reached the age of eighteen. One morning, Crineas left the village early in the morning to take a walk at a nearby lake. Admiring the serenity of the place, as the morning dew dripped from the leaves.  A light fog en-circled the area. Crineas smiled as he gazed into the skies, taking in the tranquility of the place. However, he was shocked to see black smoke emerging from a nearby clearing. Crineas ran through the forest, his heart dropped as he saw...the flaming remains of the village, Crineas saw for a moment, a group of hooded men, walking into the forest, vanishing into the fog. Most likely to be Sariant scouting party. Doing a brief search, Crineas confirmed what he knew, his family was dead. Sparing a moment to mourn his loss, Crineas decided to return to the place his father left, the Holy Oren Empire, to built a new legacy. Crineas knew full well that his family's prestige has disappeared and that he was simply a peasant coming from the forests. However, Crineas smiled as he remembered his father's favorite saying that his father would always tell him. "When there's a will, there's a way" Crineas walked off into the direction of the Holy Oren Empire, determined to strengthen and reform the human kingdoms,  and to change the course of history. 

    What are they like (personality)?: -  Crineas is a determined and charismatic person. Sometimes arrogant and cynical but knows his place. He has an appreciation for nature and loves history and philosophy. Crineas is also jovial at times and loves to form sarcastic remarks to his friends. However, he is still haunted by the mysterious death of his family, and is always alert of his surroundings and suspicious of people he does not know.  He also prefers a diplomatic and peaceful solution in conflicts. 

    What are their ambitions?: -  Crineas's secret ambition is to reform and built his own style of leadership for the humans. He believes in giving some power to the people of the kingdom but retaining power with the leadership. He thinks that this will help in increasing the power of the human race over the other races.  

    Do they have any special skills?: -  Crineas best skill would be his charisma, and his ability to be decisive to make quick and smart decisions. 

    What are their weaknesses?: - Crineas has a soft-spot for human suffering. He is quick to offer assistance and grant mercy to his enemies. In his pursuit to develop a web of friendship and allies, Crineas is in danger of getting tangled in it.....with disastrous consequences. 

    Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: -  Blue eyes with a golden blond hair. Wears an outfit resembling that of a forest ranger in a darker green color. 

    Anything else you want to say about them?: -  A distinguished character that i would gladly play as, moldered to reflect my personality.
