Have you ever roleplayed before - if you have, how?: - I am come from the Rise of Kings Role-Play Server, and am currently an Application Team Member on their Forums. Have you been on any other roleplaying servers?: - Rise of Kings/Lands of Caeldor/Fall of the Citadel. Have you applied to this server before?(Please link past applications): - I have not, How did you hear about us?: - Well, given the Servers popularity, it's hard not to hear about this Server, I heard about LOTC most from the Members of the Rise of Kings Server. What do you think the server will be like? - Good Question, I am hoping for a enjoyable, thrilling Role-Play experience with the Community. Have you read and agreed to the rules?: - I have indeed. What’s your favourite rule / the rule you agree with the most?: - This; I am hoping the Staff of LOTC strongly enforces this Rule, it causes so many issues, this is the Internet after all: We care about our players, so we don't allow bullying, blackmailing or bribery at all OOC'ly. What is roleplaying?: - Role-Playing is taking the Role of a fictional character in a Fictional Universe or setting. What’s metagaming?: - To use Out-Of-Character Information in Character, such as this: Fang walks up to Sally, though he has never met her, He says: "Hello Sally!" This is Meta-Gaming, Fang merely looked at her Name without asking her in Roleplay, a more appropriate action would be: Fang strides up to the bench, and sits down, eyeing the girl next to him. "A'llo," He says, not directly looking at her, "Wahs yeh name?" (Character Accent) He says, peering over to her, twiddling with his thumbs. "Sally, and you are?" She says shyly. "Fang, nice to meet you." What’s powergaming?: - Basically; Power-Gaming is when you dodge every hit, and you do not attempt to do an action during a situation such as a Role-Play Fight. An Example could be: "Fang swings his Great-Sword, it piercing Sally's Neck and instantly killing, and decapitating her." Awester What race are they (and sub-race)?: - Elf/Wood Elf, What sex are they?: - He is of the Male Gender, How old are they?: - He is at the age of 68, Give us a brief description of their life - their story, childhood, family (Include server lore when writing): - Fang was born in a Small Dwelling upon the Outskirts of the Grand City of Luminaire. Fang had two brothers, Vardarick, and Favian. Their parents were poor, old Elves who could barely feed the poor children they ever so loved. Their dad, James, was a Scholar, he would write poems about the Beautiful, towering trees they found so sacred. Upon one fateful day, James said a loving Goodbye to his wife and children, before heading into Luminaire for work and to sell his publishings. He was merely walking up to the City when he was pulled to the side by a Dark Elf theif, he demanded his Gold, their Father was foolish enough to attempt to escape the Thief, and died a horrible, painful death. The three Brothers were scared, and afraid to leave the house, but he was the only one bringing in the Coin. Fang and Favian started to Hunt and write, as they hunt, they carried loosely put-together Book and Quill from their Fathers belongings. Fang loved to stop, and stare at the magnificence of the Towering Trees. He would most often write about his Family, Death, and Nature. Fang loved to write, he found it a wonderful outlet to all the words he wished to say. He found that his books were alright quality, and he managed to keep his family going. Until his mother fell sick, Favian and Fang had to look after both of them, which increased their Leadership skills, which also brought distrust to other races, given the fact their Father had died by their own Major Race. Their mother fully recovered, and after that, Vardarick was old enough to keep his Mother alive and well; Therefore, Favian and Fang set off on their Journey in the World of Anthos. What are they like (personality)?: - Fang's personality is usually a Joyful, yet serious; Personality type. Meaning he can be an all around Good Man to be around, yet when problems start to arise, he is all about business, and is dead-serious. Normally, he is not very good at making new friends, as he is usually afraid, and may distrust New faces he meets around the world. Especially when it comes to different Races. He is very loyal and trusting to his Family, and cares for his Family Members. He also can be a bit Stubborn, not accepting other persons propositions or beliefs. What are their ambitions?: - Fang's Ambitions are usually to obtain power, whether it be for his Family, himself, or the Wood Elf Race, he wishes to master Archery, and be a successful Scholar, learning to Read & Write, becoming a Poet and Writer is his soft spot skill that he desires. Do they have any special skills?: - Fang does not uphold many skills, but he does obtain a few. He is known to assess the entire situation, and plan for situations before they happen, thinking of all the different possibilities. He uses speed over strength to out maneuver his Opponents, along with using the Environment to his Advantage. He knows how to Read & Write, and has some basic Math skills, he wishes to become a Scholar later on. What are their weaknesses?: - Obviously, for his Physical Weakness, he is not very Strong. But he has many mental weaknesses, one major being is that Fang is very Stubborn, and he doesn't usually take other persons ideas into consideration. He also is slow to making decisions, which can also be a disadvantage. He also does not particularly like, or wish to make friends with other Major Races, such as Orcs or Dwarves, he usually wishes to stick to his own kind. Give us a description of how they look (not a screenshot yet!)?: - Fang R. Awester stands tall at 5"8, he has Dark Brown Eyes, and looks rather young, given the Aging expansion of Elves, he has Bright, silky, long Blonde hair, and is rather Slender, as does not obtain much muscle on his Body. He has a hearty smile and has a scar across his Forehead. He also obtains Long arms and legs, Anything else you want to say about them?: - Not much more is needed to say about Fang, Role-Play will decide the rest.
