Hm, much to read. 

This is a close resemblance to the Fjarriauga, a mix of Frost witch and Witcher 3 vampires?
I'm going to point some things out below.

This is a frost witch but a male counterpart and without the bad traits that comes to having sharp teeth for example or the other weaknesses.

These are not weaknesses, these are merely what "could" happen but this isn't going to be moderated so I wouldn't count them as a weakness. They can be "ignored".

I might have missed it, but is this the only counter for a Striga in non bestial form? If so then it's once more way too strong.

This is basically the only drawback I can see in this but they're still going to be tremendously strong.

• There's nothing unique with these in terms of bad traits that comes to it and much too close to something that already exists. Unoriginal on many points, a mash-up of everything.
• It's not going to be a curse that's spread to people interested like witches do, I feel this will end up as a cult.
• Vampires is something that has been suggested many times before.

In regards to the rule that you had a question about it basically means that if you have two characters that are in the same general area they can not influence each others so that it doesn't create any advantages.

Agreed with the first part, but yes we've not seen eye to eye many times and to be honest there is a lingering distaste that sits due to past stuff. I can fully understand that, one usually keeps the same idea of a person until proven else. I can not fully say I know how to prove you wrong, we're not in the same areas of RP or staff positions. I can only try and show that I've changed and not "Complaining for the sake of complaining" like I clearly remember you pointed out in the red rose chat! Ever since joining the AT i've felt much more secure and willing to do good, I hope this view of me can change!

We've not had any recent interaction other than the AT chat, I would like to know what you base that i can not take criticism and can't remain neutral with people I do not agree with. There's people I do not agree with but I still work with them actively on the AT.

To be fair Tsu you made a big fuss and said "Im going to back to lead the paladins" and you left the necromancer chat because i was learning Necromancy on Ceto. I have the screenshots about the things you said about me, made me into a meme just because YOU did not like me. You tried to start a train there but luckily for me it did not get anywhere. I've little against you as it is you who seeks these situations with me, I did not complain about you that you tried to have Atles rethink teaching me Necromancy. I suck it up and hoped the situation would cool down, which it did. You know well enough why we do not get along Tsuyose and that particular situation I will not bring up in public, but know that it was not well handled from either sides.

Pess, you've had your chill moments and in general there's nothing wrong with you, but this re-occurring trait alone makes me believe you simply aren't cut for FM. With Applications you deal with new players, clean slates. On the forums; everyone has a track record, one that could've easily influenced you in your would-be decisions as FM.

I will tell you what i just told you in skype.

This whole drama could have been averted if you only had the pride to step back and realize "Okay these people are upset so I should probably make peace and not stir it up" but you did not. You persisted to be a thorn in their side, fuelling the drama. Disdainful.

You can either change the age of the character or you could rewrite the biography to fit the current date.
