What is roleplaying?: - Role playing is acting as someone or something other than yourself and stepping into the shoes of another person and acting as that person would and do the things that the person would do. What’s metagaming?: - Meta gaming is using out of character information in character, so a example of this would be that if I saw on the forums a war was going on with the humans and Dwarves but my character had no knowledge of it but I decided to log on and armor up to join the war that would be meta gaming. What’s powergaming?: - Power gaming is giving yourself an advantage of the other player by doing things they cannot react to, so and example of this would be, Bob chops johns head off. In this example "Bob" made an emote that John would not be able to react to. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Most lore can be found on our wiki.): - Noah was born in the land of Anthos, in the great flourishing Oren empire in the mighty city of Renatus. Noah's father was a stone mason and his mother did not work but instead took care of him. Although Noah was not that close to his mother but he did love her like any son would love their mother but he did not have much in common with her. Although Noah was close to his father and they had many things in common like their value in hard work and they both had a good sense of humor. As Noah grew he became more closer to his father but whisper of something called the Black scourge were spreading and this Black scourge would be the end of his father. One day Noah's father was leaving Renatus to get a shipment of stone from Malinor but he never came back, the only thing to come back was news of an attack on Malinor. Noah now was father less and nobody was putting food on the table and Noah knew he needed to provide for his family an he joined the guard. The training was hard and Noah had not ever used a weapon before but he soon caught on. As Noah had been fully trained in the guard is when the Black scourge had begun to attack in large forces. Although they didn't really ever attack Renatus, they were still called to arms to defend the neighboring lands. Soon enough though the people Anthos had begun to fail they could no longer defend against this Black scourge and Noah had to leave to the fringe. Not much had happened here before they left to Thales a land that had soon frozen over. In Thales life was hard but he pushed on and finally he made it to the new land that the people had began to call Athera. Here is where Noah made his new life in the city of Petrus. What are they like? (personality): - Noah values hard work and he has a good personality but he is also a unforgiving type of person and can be quick to anger. What are their ambitions?: - Noah wants to make a peaceful life for himself where he can live happily and without fear of things such as that terrible black Scourge. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): - Noah knows how to handle himself and he is a hard worker and has a good personality that helps him make many friends. But he is quick to anger which usually does not help him in bad situations and he is a very gullible person usually raking other peoples word. Give us a description of how they look?: - Noah has dark brown hair and light brown eyes, he has light skin and short hair but he has a large beard. He has a medium build and is about 5'11 feet.
