You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): Not at all. ------------ What is roleplaying?: An interactive social activity that you can't really do in the real world; representing and at the same time experiencing the character you're trying to portray with the best of your knowledge and abilities. What’s metagaming?: - A strategy not only done in the roleplaying scene, but also any other activity that involves critical thinking strategies (for example, poker) where you have rely on trying to manipulate your opponent's thoughts by making him think something else purposely. Metagaming in the roleplay scene is heavily frowned upon as it can be described as using out-of-character information and then applying it to the roleplay without the different party's knowledge. This creates not only a gap of disclosed information between both parties but also gives the perpetrator an advantage in the roleplay. What’s powergaming?: An ignorant tactic in the roleplay scene that involves a perpetrator forcing his own character's actions to overlap anybody else without the other end being able to respond accordingly. ------------ What’s your character called?: Noc What race are they? Most lore can be found on our wiki.): Noc was born into a very small yet prestigious family somewhere in the underground outskirts of Darkhaven. The bloodline of his ancestors can be traced all the way back to when Malin's first elves inhabited the dark forests. Noc was the only sibling in the family, and his mother died at a young age from a very uncommon disease. His father, one of the most notorious blacksmiths in Darkhaven, was his only role-model while growing up. Both studied the arts of sword-crafting together and even managed to make a decent enough living to finally afford Noc a good personal tutor. After expanding his education, Noc was decent enough at crafting carbarum edged steel to finally attain a job at a local blacksmith in Darkhaven. He devoted so much of his time perfecting the art of sword-crafting that his work showed a purely passionate and original taste. It didn't only please the customers he crafted the swords for, but also his boss. Upon a dozen of successful auctions and attainment of wealth, Noc not only afforded himself better housing but also helped increase the popularity of his blacksmith shop; which he later left to work as a freelancer. What are they like? (personality): Individualistic, humorous, dark, and quick-witted. What are their ambitions?: Master the art of sword-crafting, improve his swordsmanship, start his own family, and attain political power. Do they have any special skills? What are their weaknesses? (Try to list a few of both): Very talented in the crafting and wielding of a large variety of swords and has great knowledge of stewardship that gave him the trait of being self-reliant. Some of his weaknesses are: shyness due to growing up in a rather isolated family, being impatient, and last but not least recklessly impulsive. Give us a description of how they look?: Standing at 6 feet and 3 inches, his hair is the color of white snow. He has blue eyes and a very muscular body, usually seen wearing studded brown armor.
