Another point I wish to bring up and bring change to is the economy of the capital.  I see few merchants and little trade happening throughout Felsen and this,  also worries me so.  I wish to bring about a stronger merchant district and more money to be flowing into the common man's pocket rather than there be a monopoly.  I wish for there to be a larger variety and have the regular citizen be able to set up a stall and sell his goods. 

 

Another change I'd like to bring about is something I hope will bring lords and ladies,  soldiers and citizens,  and the common men of Orenia together.  And that is the theatre house.  This will be a place where one can go for a small price, so even the poorest men can go,  to see a romance,  comedy,  thriller you name it!  Any man can come in and write a play,  gather the actors,  and set a date for when a play may proceed.   Then,   there can be an official arena for men who wish to fight to show their skills of combat monthly at events held by the capital monthly.  Money raised for the event will go to the actors,  the directors,  the fighters, and of course back to Felsen.  The money gathered can be used to pay the smiths and the farmers who equip and feed our soldiers fighting in filthy Urguanian land.   Also,  they money can be used to pay the men who keep the streets of Felsen safe and the enemies who wish to bring harm to her to the sword.

 

Lastly,  the final change I wish to bring for the common man.  Education.  If we are to make the capital of the greatest empire of these lands even greater,  we must provide education for the people and for all.  Any scholars who wish to teach should have the ability to do so and every child deserves to learn how to read and right.  Also,  I wish to bring about a daily newspaper that could be bought or handed out for free.  This can be used to educate the common man about what is going on throughout the empire and it could also help aspiring writers make their mark on the world.

A Ghost is the image of what was, regarding a living being, with the ability to comprehend and reason. They are made when a person dies in an unnatural manner or when a person does is not entered into a part of a religion. They resemble strongly the person that they were prior to their death. They are incorporeal beings, meaning they are without physical form, which actively choose to remain on "this side" ie, the side of the living, as opposed to passing over. Stage one Ghosts are oblivious to the fact that they have passed over. Ghosts possess the ability to behave as an individual, much as if they were still alive.

Haunts are stage one. They are unaware that they have passed over, and are thus without any "Ghost like" powers. To become a "stage two" Ghost, the Haunt must be made aware of their death.

Revenants are stage two. They realise that they have passed over, and thus hold the ability to master more "Ghost like" powers than a Haunt. They remain a Haunt until it is proved without doubt that they are dead, ie, by being shown their corpse, their grave etc.

Stage Three include either a Poltergeist or a Spectre. A Poltergeist is a more active, aggressive being unable to accept their passing, thus holding a more demine. A Spectre is a being that accepts its passing, holding less of an anger and resent. A Ghost may not become living, once dead. A Ghost may not possess the living.
