  1. I am working on a novel based on one of my other, very old, and long completed rp servers. Long Live Versail, Not the title btw. Got a few chapters in, and just unblocked my writer's. But, really, I am engineer; I understand logic, not art, and I see language as logic. Thus, I tell no tale unless it has already been told. So, yeah, all that post has already been roleplayed. Think about that. Oh, and Alice: We can now be friends.
  2. Now, first, I have no idea if this is the place to put this, but it says off-topic, so, good enough.. Okay, so, while walking back from dollar tree, the place where everything not edible is made of either plastic, cardboard, or paper, and everything edible is made of either plastic, cardboard, or paper. And, during my stroll, I was thinking about all the types of roleplay and how they all have their layers to depth and character development; almost like a novel has pages to develop the heroes and the villains. I thought of pen and paper, table top, figurine, note pad, note pass, IRC, forum, mmorpg, and so on and so forth. All had the way for a story to unfold, but the story, inevitably unpredictable; no matter how badly the gm, admin, god, or grand overlord zulu wants it to be otherwise. The tale could be of horror but turn up with survival to hope. A tale of fantasy to advenure and dragons. Or just pixie paladins; watch those ankles. You could be in space taking down an evil empire along side the plebe rebellion, or crushing the rebellion for the promise of coin, only to find that the choices were to lead to an inevitable end of everything was a farce and all of you were the same and yet nonexistent. Or, you could be in space, on an ice planet, hired to do really dangerous R&D only to find that everything is named Dire. Dire Wolves, Dire Bears, Dire Dear, Dire Ticks, Dire Bunnies, Dire Rhinocerouses... why would there be Dire Rhinocerouses in Dire snow... for Helix Fossil's Sake?! Oh, and don't forget the flesh Eating Dire ticks. And then you find that the locker that produced the endless amounts of space duct tape to repair your portable lab ATV was actually a portal to the Duct Tape Kingdom where you meet all the characters from Red vs Blue (before Season 11) and have to race them to find the Golden Duct Tape, the holy treasure of the Duct Tape KIngdom that let's all of the Duct Tape People communicate with their Deity, The Helix Tape. But, while you are getting shot at by Caboose with a rail gun, who keeps missing, and ends up hitting Griff instead, while getting in a fist fight with Sarge, your sociopathic and psycopathic friend who isn't high functioning keeps killing every last of the duct tape people. You somehow get the Golden Duct Tape, the Helix Tape tells you the secret of the universe: Duct fixes everything except electrical stuff. you need electrical tape for that. Then you leave back to the Dire Ice planet only to find that your ATV was rammed by a dire bear, launched into a DIre Iceberg, which was used as a Dire ramp, and then landed perfectly with a Dire Olympic Score of 11. Your friend was never questioned as to why he was covered in adhesive glue that smelled oddly like blood. The space station residents just took it as a normal occurrence. So, yeah. Roleplay is the occurence where one can develop a character with other characters in a world like others, or not like any other just for the fun of it. <- Best definition ever. Anything else you just read is pure shite. By the way, Rooster Teeth, if you read this, I don't care. Sue me. Bite me. Kiss my shiny metal arse I like RWBY a whole lot better, anyways.

In-Character Information Character’s name: Eisen Demontant Character’s gender: Male Character’s race: Human - Highlander Character’s age: 25 Biography : Eisen grew up alongside his brother of seven winters junior, Banks, as the heir to the Demontant family farm in the Northern provinces of Oren. But, when Eisen reached 16, war came, the once peaceful and humble was burned in the act of war. Both Eisen and Banks became orphaned and stranded within the wilderness of the lands. They had to learn quick to survive off of the land more than what was sowed. Eisen learned how to hunt and track while his brother learned more aggressive techniques to take down bigger game or to protect the camps. By the age of 26, Eisen and Banks were met by traveling merchants. These merchants appeared to have seen many lands and to have witnessed many cultures, all for profit, of course. While talking to the merchants, it was told that they were on their way to a kingdom of ample opportunities, even for children of farmers as Eisen and Banks. The trek will take a year or so, but at the end of it will be a story of a whole new adventure. Personality Traits: Eisen has always been a shy fellow. But, when he does speak, his words flow well and clear, often turning the views of many towards his. Eisen always visited the local library on is trips to the market as his passtime. There, he read books on the tales of nations, cultures, the rise and fall of great men. Around company, he tends to have a clumsy side to him or, around more formal folk, he can keep himself composed, but not easily. In short, sometimes awkward, often shy, studious, but can have a strong voice when need be. Ambitions: From the tales that Eisen has read countless times, his only true ambition is to reunite the Human lands to become one great Empire again. But, he doesn't plan to do this with sword, rather reason. Eisen will leave the blade to his brother, banks. Strengths/Talents: Speechcraft, persuasion, perception, and social adaptability. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Large company, combat(To a point), and holding his courage at weapon-point. Appearance: Eisen is a man of 6'5 with the fit build of a farmer. His skin is much darker than most Highlanders, considering how he is spends more time outdoors with the sun. His hair dark and kept short while his eyes a green of fields. The clothes he wears are a farmer's jeans and a red tunic with a tattered cloak made from burlap. (Outfit will change as progression his ambitions advance.)(I am having serious trouble uploading a screenshot. But, the skin does match the description quite well. Sorry for the inconvenience.)
