Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):
Mordir's story starts out when he was just a boy. He was always very close with his family, as was common among Elves. He grew up in a cave-city way out west of Cloud Temple, which meant nothing to him at the time. When he had turned 10, still nothing more than a young child who attends school everyday, his parents had gifted him with a carbarum encrusted ring. A memento that would always remind him of his family. As Mordir grew with age and wisdom he began to explore. He discovered more about his life. More about his parents. More about the awful business that the entire community was apart of. He discovered that his family was a final remaining cult of the Undead. It didn’t bother him for a while. He didn’t know what more to think of it than the fact that they worshiped for a living. He also explored outside of his community. He discovered that his entire town was located in a cave. Mordir was baffled at this idea. When he asked his Dad about it he was told how long ago there was a man named Philip. He was in desperate need to save his brother and ran into this very cave. However when Philip returned had changed into a kind, A GOD. This group, his father told him, Sil'than were in a desperate search of what had happened to Philip. They worshiped Fyrste daily. Mordir begged for more of the story, but his father did not want to tell him anymore. Mordir had visited every single building in the cave that had a book to try and find out more. When Mordir turned twenty, Sil'than had decided that it was time for Mordir to become an official member of their own.
Mordir was required to venture out of the cave and take the life of an animal to provide for a sacrifice to Iblees. Mordir was provided with a small dagger hand crafted by himself. It was composed of steel-gold alloy. Mordir left the cave with his ring in his left hand and his dagger in the right. It was getting dark and he had nothing to prove. In the distance he had spotted a light. He had two options. Go to the light and wait out the night, or return empty handed and not be accepted by anyone. Mordir didn’t take to long to make a decision. He cautiously walked up to the door and knocked three times. A surprisingly enough a kindly Farfolk. She said her name was Ruby. She said that if Mordir could manage to tell her a story, she would cook him a nice big bowl of stew. Mordir figured that it would be easy enough. He began telling the story about Philip and his family. As Ruby placed the stew on the table she was absolutely shocked. She explained that Philip was not a God and not to be thought of as one. She told Mordir about Philip and the Undead, and about how evil he really was. Mordir was shocked.
He thanked Ruby for the stew and rested on a mat that was provided. When he woke he thanked Ruby one last time before walking out. It didn’t take long to find a limping sheep. Mordir charged it quickly and quietly before impaling it with his dagger. Mordir had to drag the body to the cave. It took him several hours, but when he got near the cave he was greeted quickly by his father and another Dark Elf, who was known for years of loyalty. Years flew by. During Mordir’s 37th year he met a girl. Orneth. She was just like Mordir including in beliefs. She and Mordir were lovestruck. They both made sure no one else knew about their different beliefs. Orneth had told Mordir how when she turned 20 she used her venture out to map surrounding areas.
The two put together an elaborate plan to escape. They waited for a long time. Orneth and Mordir were both 42. Just two days before they were ready to escape, Orneth’s map was found along with detailed plans of the escape and a journal that explained her beliefs in depth. It never mentioned Mordir’s name. However, Orneth was sent to be sacrificed to Iblees. In the commotion Mordir ran off. He ran back to Ruby. He explained his story. Mordir has spent several years with Ruby, not once being discovered, but everyday missing his family more and more.
