Again, it's a trial project. If it turns out inactive and people start building humanlike forts that can be seen during the war, it's gonna be removed. If it appears people seem somewhat happy with it and ten of those 80 people that can't be seen nowhere on the server when you spend 2 hours trying to ignore rp with certain people start going there, it's not that much of a deal. Will it burn out the server and make it into a chaos filled delusion? No, that's what the server is already. Will it enchance road rp? Maybe, most likely not. Is it a good try to say the least? Yeah sure why not. Ups are there as well as downs, and in the end, it's not gonna affect the server majorly.

As for the hermit rp y'all keep spouting, it's happening anyway, freebuild or without it. The difference is that a raider can now find them not chilling behind two walls and a region lock, but rather in a shrine or whatever you wish.
