He was a noble of the human capital, Petrus. As rich as our family were, we weren’t very rich in bloodline. Only my father and I were alive, the rest of the family either perished or traveled elsewhere, inheriting the family name and money to us. He wasn’t home much, he was either maintaining the family name by joining political conflicts or going through his merchant routine. Eventually, he grew me up teaching about the ways and methods of gaining money. “Maintain a steady route, be careful of your buyer’s greed.” He taught me to make money and to be careful of the world around me. He was the only friendly face I grew up with, I was either too mature or smarter than kids my age. But, he grew old and eventually passed away. Distraught and depressed, I inherited most of his money and the rest went to his investors. I took it gratefully and left, attempting to rebuild and make his old empire thrive in the city of Petrus.
