    Do you, or have you held, any other staff positions: I have been et builder two times now (Both of which I have fallen to a purge) and have held minor helper positions on some smaller servers
     
    Where do you grab inspiration from: I like to take inspiration from video games, art and real life buildings (But applying a more LOTC twist to them)

    What type of building are you best with: Medieval, organic and basic underground areas such as caves.

    What are some of your most treasured builds: I had built a really nice boat once that took me quite a long time which I'd say is my most treasured build though sadly I lost the schematic for it : (

    Are you capable of handling all aspects of a build: Yes I am which I have demonstrated in my other times as ET builder

    How long does it take for you to complete a build: Honestly depends, smaller builds might take me a few hours larger ones like the underground one a weekend possibly. 

    Additional details: (Do you know voxel, world edit, redstone, etc.) I have a basic understanding with world edit I can always learn more.

    Tell me a trick about building: (Floating torches, custom heads, etc.) If you place carpet over a torch you can generate a light source without the torch showing

    • What is your availability: 3-4 hours on a normal day, extended time on weekends.

    • Tell us an issue you currently experience on the server: At the moment, I believe that the GM team needs to connect a bit more with the playerbase, eachother and how things at the current time period are going which can help in making choices. If one GM solves one issue one way and another does it another way it leads to inconsistency and an unfair solution to one side involved. Also if a certain group of people is left unspoken to by all gm's it will inevitably lead to bias, say a gm is apart of the human playerbase and they never interact with the high elves a time might come where they are needed to sort something out between them more than likely they will subconsciously go with the people they are more familiar with because they either share views on certain things etc. If they connect with everyone then it would lead to fairer and easier judgement and decision making.  

    • How do you feel individual GMs should present themselves?: (In your personal opinion, how should GMs communicate with the Playerbase, how should they act?) In my opinion, GM's should be able to uphold conversation with the playerbase about everything, not just server related things. Getting on a more personal level leads to more fluid and appreciated things being done. If a GM discusses various rules with people they will get an idea on how they perceive these rules, how they might want/not want them changed. They should uphold a staff like attitude when speaking with bigger groups or people. I believe that if it a small group of people their staff attitude can be relaxed if not in a public skype chat for example.

    • How do you feel the GM team collectively should present itself?: (In your personal opinion, how should the GM Team be led? How should the Team operate?) They should present themselves as a team and not a group of individuals with the same coloured name tag. Speaking with and helping each other leads to better and fairer decisions which are consistent throughout the team. If one gm is unsure of what to do they should always be able to look to any of the members for help even if they cannot give it. 

    • Please list three players who will vouch for you: (Ensure you contact these people first and let them know you are putting them down. We will then contact these people to get a feel for how you are as a person.) Filavandrel, AerialKebab and Sky

    • What is your relationship with the members of the current GM Team?: (Do you particularly work well with specific members of the current team? Have you had disagreements or disputes with certain members in the past, how do you believe this will affect your role:?) I don't have any current issues with those on the GM team, I had a minor dispute with SexeHexe a while ago but I believe that was sorted out.

      What are your finest and worst traits?: (Shoot for two or three of each. This part is to have you analyse yourself.) I am a very dedicated person, I annoys me to not finish something so I always try to see things through until the end. I saw it was asked that people who know a lot about PVP are needed I'd like to think I fit into that category due to my knowledge on how it works being quite good. I acknowledge that I've been known to take things way out of proportion and respond with un-thoughtful, toxic comments but as of late I believe I have improved my attitude. I'm very stubborn and will try my hardest to get my way, a not so good trait which I need to work on. I allow myself to be swayed by my emotions towards other people who I have generalized with being 'bad people'

    • Tell us about your time on Lord of the Craft: (This is the most detailed part of the application. We want to know what your progress has been on the server. Have you been on any staff teams? Where have you predominantly played? What aspects are the most memorable to you, and why?) I joined as a young screecher at the start of Vailor where I made a wood elf. I ran around being quite stupid until somebody recruited me into the wood elf military. I have stuck with the same character since I joined, while in this group I have made friendships with many people and have experienced some good times such with some lighthearted rp which lead to 'Damai the Powerful' which came about when I roleplayed jumping off a wall to chase a chupacabra and not taking any damage. Another memorable moment is during the high elf / wood elf war where we found a way into the 'unraidable' city by jumping in which created the 'Sirame Air force'. Shortly after this I joined the event team as a builder before the end of the map where I added some minor things to Axios map until the event team until I was kicked for 'un-staff like attitude' which I thought about ever since, I aimed to improved my attitude so that I could be on the event team building once again! During the start of Axios I began to get into PVP a bit more and started using my australian 90's internet to my advantage, hearing many comments like 'fix your internet'. I then joined the event team again and started building straight away until the build team was cleared. So that pretty much brings us to today, Damai the Powerful still stands, my event builder aspirations are still there and I still get a nice 100 ping.

    • What parts of the server are you most interested in?: (What is it about Lord of the Craft that compels you? Is it the Lore of the server, the development and plugins?) I am very interested in the plugins that are introduced into the server, I often find myself looking through the list on the obelisk command. PVP also interests me on the server, I always like trying to figure out new ways to use pvp in a different way. 

    • Other than yourself, who of the current applicants would you like to see on the GM Team?: (Who, out of the current applicants, do you feel would make a good GM?) I feel that 6xdestroyer would make a good GM also AerialKebab he has shown he can do it well before.

    How long does it take for you to complete a build: Completely depends on how large it is, usually I can knock a build off in an hour or two. Large builds might take me a few days to complete.
