You know what that character knows and feel what that character feels. You live their lives through roleplay. What is metagaming?: Metagaming is when you use information (such as the LoTC persona cards) that you know OOC but not IC. An example would be going up to someone you don't know and already knowing their name. What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when you unrightfully give your character maximum ability. It is when you force actions upon somebody by making your character impossibly strong. An example could be when you are in an RP sword fight and someone were to emote *slashes his arm off. The correction to that emote would be *attempts to slash his arm off. After that attempt you would wait for the opposing character to have a chance to react. IC Information: Character Name: Kaldergrim Hammerfist Characters Gender: Male Characters Race: Dwarf Characters Age: 56 Characters Biography: Kaldergrim grew up with his brother Farin. He trained to be a very skilled archer. What he lacks in sword skills, he makes up for with his talent in archery. His father was deceased but he always knew that he had his cousin Duren to guide his brother and him. Kaldergrim and Farin thought of Duren as a father figure and he trained them to fight with a sword. Farin exceeded expectation and surpassed his masters skill and Kaldergrim has yet to prove himself to Duren. At the age of 56 he moved to the Dwarven city of Kal'Akash with his cousin and brother. He still trains to this day and he aspires to be the best warrior in the family. Though the Hammerfist family is known to have relations with the Irongut clan through his father, Thak Irongut, Kaldergrim still goes by Hammerfist due to his cousin being a father figure. The three currently live in Kal'Akash and run a small shop.
