Araceli Ilianos Character Information

 This post is along side my previous that is for players interested in playing my character`s children. (Please visit my page for the full background to her brother and why I am looking for players.) 

• Background

Araceli Ilianos was only born minutes after her older brother, Grey Ilianos when her mother Mariana was only twenty. Alongside her brother, she lived a carefree life. Always with a full stomach, a well kept home, and a safe environment. When she and her brother reached the age of four, they both started their training as their mother worked in the fields. 

She knew from the very beginning that her mother was not fine, but did as told to, and did not say a word about it. As she watched as her brother came to their mother`s aid whenever she need it. Her 'Void Farming State' was yes terrifying, but it was for the better of things. So, Araceli would stay calm, and played with her pink plush bunny near the water`s bend as the day passed by. Often would she listen to her brother read the books Mariana would buy from the local book store. Everything went from peaceful, to more dangerous as her mother`s state grew worse. By the time the land was covered in darkness, she knew this was the last straw as she overheard her mother talking to a man one night about one subject she never understood. 

Love. 

The very next day, Mariana was in bed once more, covered from head to toe in her sheets. Grey had been able to find the house key, allowing her to walk downstairs to where the cooking pot had been. From there, Araceli had tried her best at doing the same recipes her mother preformed. She would watch as Mariana sews all their clothing, picking up a few things in the process. 

Now in the present day, she has dropped her plush bunny in trade for a training sword, hoping that one day she could be as powerful as the warriors she has often seen in the streets. 

• Additional Information

1. Araceli would be enraged whenever someone calls Mariana "Sugar Lady" or "Sugar Momma" since she is know for harvesting abundances of sugar cane. 
2. Because of a wine accident before she was born, Araceli is expected, just like her brother, to show signs of this incident but still has not. (I`m leaving that to the player.) 
3. Araceli often pretends she is tired or sick to get out of her studies. 
4. Although being obedient most of the time, Araceli tends to be a little rebellious when no one is watching. 
5. Her most common nickname is Ari. 

• Appearance

Araceli loves the many fabrics the city has to offer, so she dresses in the most recent ones for the fun of it. She is mostly seen with flowers in her head, or bows when she finds the perfect ribbons. Unlike her brother, Araceli has short elf ears- However, other than this, she to resembles her only living parent.

Since I recently started reading the Hunger Games (like just now) I liked that fact that Katniss` mother would black out after her father died. I kinda went the same route with Mari :3

 Grey Ilianos Character Information

Around five weeks ago, I released a post for players interested in playing my character`s, Mari, or now known as Mariana Ilianos, children. Now that Mari has reached the age of twenty five, and had her children in when she was twenty, both twins have reached the required age of five. Now because of semi-forced action coming from the two (you know who you are...) I have created the basis for each of their character. This specific post will feature her eldest, Grey. Really I just finished his skin first so he goes first...

• Background

Grey Ilianos had lived a steady life from birth- as he never was confronted with real danger at all. However, as he reached the age of three, he noticed how his dear mother was acting differently, but being young, had brushed it off. He then continued his studies little by little, learning more than the average kid his age. By the time he was finally four, had he started his training as his mother worked in the fields. 

It was one day when he noticed her eyes would go black, and her body would not react to anything at all. Grey finally addressed this state as 'Void Farming.'  The boy never questioned, as he yet again would brush this off to look after his sister and the fellow orphans Mariana would take care of from time to time. Although, one day he witnessed as several men kept following his mother throughout the fields, watching how they would stop to chatter about her. Her 'Void Farming' was full on, as she had not noticed any of the men. Grey was almost five at the time, but brave enough to get the family dog Ou, and had politely asked the men to leave. Refusing, he had started to follow his mother along with the dog, cautious of the group. 

They had finally charged, grabbing Mari`s arm, and laughed at how she did not react at all. The boy screamed, waving his arms around, and Ou simply barked along. That is when Mariana snapped back into reality and managed to chase the men off. This was the start of their little 'Void Call.'

In the present times, Grey continues his studies, still watching over his family with a careful eye. He tends to help pay the rent- and clean as well as repair things in the house. Mari insists on taking care of these things, but he knows how his mother is ill- and tells her to go back to bed. 

He also tends to wonder who is father is and where is he.

• Additional Information

1. Grey has the basic knowledge of a fifth grader- reading up to that same level as  well as being able to preform simple equations. He still has yet to learn his history. 
2. Because of a depressed Mari before he was born, she had drunk a full bottle of wine- this harming both twins. However, he still has yet to show any signs of this mistake. 
3. Ever since the family dog Ou died, Grey wanders around the city as everyone is asleep, looking for the best dog in the entire realm. 
4. There had been a heated relationship in dealt with one of the orphans Mari took care of- they seem to hate one another. 

• Appearance

Grey has flaming red hair, just as his father had. He closely resembles his mother though, having her angled face and freckles. His skin is fair, not being as pale as his mother`s. 

(Keep in note that he dresses formally as he attempts to take care of business his mother would of handled when he was younger.)

This is an announcement for players who have too much time on their hands- As of last week my character Mari (Now known as Mariana) has given birth to two twins; a boy and a girl. Now that they are almost two I am in search for two willing players to play either child. Please message me IG (NinjaSurvivor) or on the forums if you are interested.

How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I was searching for a new server after getting bored of another when I stumbled to this one.

Biography  (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):

Born into a small family of Highlanders in the outer lands of the Reformed Kingdom of Oren, Mari had been given a quite straight forward destiny from a young age. With her parents having expected a boy to be the male successor- they were quite disappointed when the first born was a female and not a male. Still not giving up hope, Mari`s mother insisted that they would teach their daughter the ways of a true survivor. 

Starting up from a young age, her father started teaching her the basics of beating the wild. From teaching her something as simply starting a fire, to showing her how to properly wield a sword. Many of the village men would commonly tell her father that it was odd for a female to handle the things a man should; he never listened. So the man kept doing hid best, giving her every last inch of what he knew about survival. 

When Mari was only nine years old, she had been digging up in the outskirts of the village forest when she found an old book on the history of her land. Eager to know what was inside, she rushed home to show her parents. To her dismay, neither knew how to read.  Still not giving up on the book she encountered, Mari sought the village elder, the only person in fact that could read out of everyone else. Her training had come to halt, for her education was now far more important. 

Every day after the first meal, the girl would rush over to the elder`s house, always ready with a piece of charcoal, and a slice of bread her mother had prepared the night before. Mari excelled in all of her subjects. History being her favorite. 

Hitting puberty, Mari was given the honor of being the village gem. No one ever really cared for her inner traits- simply the outer.

Endeared by everyone she knew- torment was something rare and became something she was still quite afraid of. 

About two years after finding the book, Mari had been playing with her younger brother near the water`s bend when a fleet of horsemen had been going at a rapid pace with sacks of goods attached to the saddle of each horse. Village men had been running after them, throwing spears, others shooting arrows their way. Mari watched in fear as some of her closest friends had been shot by the crude arrows of the bandits. Holding her brother close to her chest as it went on. 

The boy had pointed out that in the distance, he could see their home ablaze- Mari had had enough at this point.

Spotting a nearby set of arrows, she quickly ran to her home, down in ashes at this point. Where one of the bandits had been holding a knife close to her mother. Without knowing at all how to wield a bow and arrow, she luckily shot the man. Not in time as he took her mother down with him. Her dad was also dead. 

After the fateful day, Mari had always woke up at dawn. Cooked. Clean. And took care of her younger brother. Then at end of the day, with a single blaze to illuminate the area, she would train endlessly. Shocking everyone to the core.

Finally when she eighteen years old, Mari left the village and her brother to go out and discover her hidden talents. 

Her right arm had been heavenly wounded in a battle with a pack of wolves a couple days after her departure. Mari was caught on the sixth week by a couple of bandits and barely escaped with her life. It was when she finally reached the mountains that she was left alone. Soon discovering her weakness of the cold. 

Felsen had been her final destination for a while. Mari had made a living of selling bread to the common folk all while she hoped to become an expert swordsman and archer. Often going to local events seeking opportunities. Mari would be commonly found in the marketplace, handing out bread to the less unfortunate civilians. Or on the weekends, buying worn out books she could read on her free time. Her income was very low, convincing her to leave the city. The human was back in a nearby forest training once more in no time.

That is her status as of now. 

Personality Traits: Stubborn, Impatient, Strong Will, Determined, Generous

Ambitions: Becoming the best warrior she can be; Eventually find someone whom gets her ways

Strengths/Talents: Sword Fighting Skills; Average Archery Skills; Average Farming Talents; Extensive knowledge of history and other species

Weaknesses/Inabilities: Cannot stand extreme cold temperatures; Can be socially awkward; Torment; Inability to use her right arm other than simply carrying something with it.

Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Stands around 5"8. Brown Hair with a single lock of white hair on the left side of her neck. Hazel Eyes. Normal Sized Dimples (which she is ashamed of thus why she almost never smiles.) Average weight for a female her age, with wide hips and a broad chest. Scar on her right arm from a wolf attack.
