Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

A golem created out of stone or wood, by a golemancer which is powered by a Thanium or soul bound core. A golem lives to serve its master and it cannot be a master of it’s own faith. Golem’s height are able to range from one to eight feet tall for a standard core, yet with modifications to the core the golem is able to become taller. Golem are able to be made out of stone and wood, and nothing else as Obsidian weights to much and metal is unable to be animated. With optics runes a golem is able to see and such, though if theses runes are damage their optics would be gone making them useless. With golems with damaged cores, are able to go into a state known as ‘Going red’ in which the golem starts to go into a destructive rampage, able to not listen to its master or impera. As a golem is made of stone or wood, it is relatively very slow and unable to become fast as the normal descendants are able to become. Golems must also be covered in runes so that power is able to move into the mortar runes, unfortunately theses are unable to be covered like the optic rune, so they are visible to all.
