What is roleplaying?: Roleplaying is acting as someone else, for a more immersive experience. What is metagaming?: Using outside knowledge to personal gain, such as knowing where secret bases are from youtube series. What is powergaming?: Powergaming means when a player declares an action succesful him/herself without giving a chance for it to fail. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Like most human children, I was living a peaceful childhood in the capital of The Holy Oren Empire, Felsen.My parents were highly religious, and always forced me to go to church. I never really was the believer type myself, but I did (still do) believe in myths and legends. I've never been the popular type, most of the time I was inside my room just practising sword moves. I always craved for friends and popularity, but I was always just left alone. My dreams were always to slay mythical beasts under the command of the King. Around my teenage years, I started acting towards my future on my own. My parents would keep repeating that it'd be easier to just become a cook, or something like that. I did not want that. I realised that I would need to contact the royal army and ask if they are recruiting any soldiers. I did that, and unfortunately they declined. I wasn't quote sure what to do, until I encountered a a merchant who offered me a trip to the city-state Republic of Salvus. I've never travelled any further than the outskirts of town, but I had a good feeling. Later that night, I talked to my parents about it and left the next day to seek what I'm looking for. I am planning on returning home after I made myself a big name, to probe the royal army should have taken me in. Personality Traits: Loyal, Nice but can be harsh if needed. Ambitions: To become a knight and to save parents. Strengths/Talents:Quick and good at wielding shortswords. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Lies a lot, Unable to shoot accurately with a bow. As I hit puberty, I started arguing with my parents. A lot. They used to say "You will never become a knight. Just be something simple like the other kids." One time, I argued with them just like most days, but the argument got bad. After hours of shouting, I ran away. I ran to hide under a bridge. I stayed there for hours, just crying and thinking. Then, I finally got enough courage to go back home. By the time I got home, I was too late. My parents were nowhere to be seen, everything in the house has been either broken or dissapeared.
