What Magic will you be teaching: Conjuration (hopefully, that is)

Summarise the lore of this magic:
Well, Like my last TA (on water), I am not going to go into detail about the void, about mana, and the other general concepts of magic, because I have previously spoke about them many times over my ST's, TA's and such, but (as usual), I will give a rough idea on what they all are, and more detail is somewhere else. But, the majority of this will be specifically about the art of Conjuration.
Conjuration, basically, is a fancier name for the evocation of life itself, life-evocation, I suppose is a better way of putting it. This means, that the caster can create things such as plants and animals (well, it is more complex than that, but that’s the basic side of it, of course there will be more detail). There is a key point needed to get across- You must know what you cast, meaning- your character would need to know quite a lot about a rabbit, the biology, how it looks outside and inside, to be able to cast it (I chose rabbit because it was the first animal to come out of the hat… Pun intended), this means that you cannot just walk past an ocean, see a beautiful starfish, and know perfectly how to conjure it, there would most likely be various deformities, and it would probably die quite quickly because it was made wrong… There are four little headings beneath Conjuration:
Morphon, which is the conjuration of animals, which is self-explanatory really, if you know what animals are, how they work, the inside and outside of specifics… You can cast one.
Perenial, which is the same as Morphon- only with plants.
Primordial, most probably one of the harder sides of it, to be honest, so… It is also quite a pain to explain, let us bring back our mage friend, X, a fire mage, well- they know other magics, but let us only focus on conjuration and fire evocation at this moment. When X gets to a certain proficiency, they can combine the two, going back to our rabbit… Imagine a fire rabbit (that would most certainly be something to look at!), that’s sorta the idea of it. Primordial is combining another elemental evocation with conjuration. There are rules, here: The summoned thing is either Primordial, or it is not, you cannot make a rabbit, which only has an ear of fire, with the rest flesh, if that makes sense, I am trying to figure out how to word this all.
Finally, Hybrids… A hybrid is when you use various different types of animals or plants- to make one single animal or plant- which is a mix, combination,  of them- using various parts, for example using a body of a snake, head of rabbit and somehow tail of a monkey (If anyone has a picture of this, please send it my way- the thought of this is hilarious to me)
    Limitations:
Red line numero uno, if you don’t have a perfect idea of the inside and outside of an animal, you cannot make it. Well, you could technically make it- but don’t expect it to live, or perhaps it would turn into a mush, it is very risky- and tedious, of course this can be sorta avoided with Hybrids, however it is also much more complex…
Numero two (I would continue doing Spanish, but I honestly don’t know Spanish, I could do French, but I really can’t be bothered), don’t you care consider making dragons and stuff that’re that big! There are so many reasons for this… I don’t think you can literally dissect and analyse countless dragons, to know it’s perfect anatomy and stuff, another being that it is just huge- and would take tonnes of mana,
Number three (Might as well go full English at this point), there is a cap on how many animals you make… T3, you can cast 3 at once, T5 you can get 5 at once, along with this- there is a cap to size, for T3, the size of all three of your animals must be less than or equal to the size of a wolf, T5 is similar, only with a bear instead of a wolf. On the idea of casting many things- they must all be the same, you cannot have a cat, beetle and dog at once, only three cats, or three beetles or three dogs.
Four, druids cannot communicate to these, because they are not technically real animals, instead just mana and voidal spells doing what they do best.
Next, I think I should mention decasting, or dispelling- this is basically when conjurations die, this happens when no more mana flows to it, and, well, poof. Decasting of the animals can be quite well customised, as can casting, which I might as well put here. You can build the animal however you want, a limb at a time, from the ground up, from the inside out, et cetera, and the same for when they die, it can seem to be visibly tugged away from existence- there are so many options and choices you could make as a mage to customise it from spell to spell.
Poisons, animal poisons, say you have a poisonous snake that bites someone, when the snake disappears, so does the poison, but- it’s weird, this means the poison won’t spread like it usually would- but the effects stay. Like, for example, throwing a fireball, when the spell is over- it still leaves burn matches, and when the snake poison goes, if it were to kill or disable a limb, it would still have done that.
This last concept which I want to bring to the table, is by far the hardest to phrase, and perhaps moreso to understand. Your conjurations don’t have free will, simply, you control them individually. Say you have an army of 5 fireflies with wolf claws (first thing to come to my head, sorry), you control each individual firefly directly, one after another- granted you can do it at the same time, but that is annoying, it is similar to dual-casting other spells, only these things need to constantly be controlled.
Conjuration regeneration, is simply a term for, well, say you have a bear, and it gets stabbed multiple times- if it was a normal bear, it’d die. However, as it is a conjuration, and you are the mage, you can funnel in mana to the bear, to allow it to regenerate, which is basically magically sewing it together, remaking flesh and stuff, similarly, if the bear lost a limb, you can de-cast the removed limb, and put it right back together again.

Write up a lesson your character would give:
Garoll, is sitting on a roof, in Holm, as he does quite often, observing the world go past, moments later, a small, young-looking elfess comes over to him, poking him. What a shock that would be to him, he’d hop up and quickly turn to her, frowning slightly
“By meeting here, I was hoping to see you come through the gate, rather than you creeping up on me, llir…”, he’d say, slightly amused by the entire thing “I am glad you didn’t push me this time,”, a common friendly gesture he has.
“Well,” the young elfess would begin, her tone quite chirpy “Let’s do our lesson!” she’d exclaim, sitting next to Garoll, however, at that, he’d instantly stand up and walk in a direction, asking her to follow, she’d run across and hop infront of Garoll “Where do you think you’re going, Mister!”, a slight fire in her eyes.
“I am not going to dissect things in the middle of the street!”, he’d say, laughing slightly at the idea of it, before going to continue around her.
“Dissect? Ooh! Are you finally going to show me how to use lab tools, and dissect things- learn about the inside of something?”, she’d say, following closely behind.
“What gave you that idea?”, Garoll would reply, stopping in his walk.
“Y-you just sai-“ she’d start to speak
“Yes, I did, don’t ask stupid questions” He’d say, gently tapping the elfess’ back, before continuing his way to a little town, well, the town isn’t where he is going, he just takes her down various routes, into a small laboratory, with various tools on a shelf, standing, labelled- organised alphabetically, and on the other side of the room, glass boxes of well-preserved organs, put in sized order. Garoll would weakly point to the organs and mutter “Those… They’re very organ-ised.” (I apologise in advanced), at that- he’d get a gentle slap around the stomach, the elfess obviously not fond of the atrocious pun!
They’d walk into the next room, a fresh rabbit corpse on the table, she’d gasp, “Oh! Is my first animal a rabbit?”. Garoll would shake his head, looking to her, waiting for a reaction, after a few moments of thinking, she realises, and states “Ah… This is to get me used to the procedures and tools, right?”, and at that- Garoll would nod, proud. “My fath- no… Xavier didn’t tell me about the more gruesome side of this.” She’d sigh, shaking her head.
“Well” he’d sigh, trying to change the conversation from a very awkward turn, “Today, we will just be working on organ placement, limb placement and such- casting is not todays idea, but… You can try it later if you want” he’d shrug, and she? She would nod, eager.
(I don’t entirely think it would be a good idea for me to go into explicit detail about the actual dissection, because I don’t want screamish people to want to rip my head off, but in the lesson- there would be some detail, not too much,)

Hours after, they would find themselves sitting in the ‘break room’, Garoll and his friends thought a break room would be a good idea, to chill out before, during or after large operations or tests, he’d say “Well… That’s the end of the lesson, really.”, but the elfess was not fond of that, she’d look over and exclaim
“No it’s not, I am going to cast!”.
Garoll would just cock an eyebrow, “Cast what?”, she’d point to a rabbit leg, she brought it with her for memories, perhaps… But, Garoll would grin, slightly excited for this. The student has been working on her connection, but casting something itself was not something she has practised. But nevertheless, she’d try, her once green eyes would fade, orange. Not a bright orange, one that you might see during a sunrise, over a nice smooth ocean. Moments pass, nothing happens, but then- something does…. Nothing good. She tried a tiny little rabbit, but- well, it looked more of a crushed corpse than a rabbit, it’d formed from the bottom up, however… It is hard to tell which bit was meant to be the bottom…
Crash, she falls, she passes out, the abomination fades how it formed, from the bottom up, and that is the end of that. Garoll would leave, leaving the elfess in there- but not for long, he would return with a small bowl of tiramisu, and a spoon, he’d place it on the table infront of her, and just sit back to his seat, waiting for her to wake up and… Eat, the tiramisu.
Because at the end of the day, nothing is more important than tiramisu.

What magic(s) will you be teaching?:
    Water Evocation

Summarize the lore of this magic:
Okay so, first- let me just get out of the way that I am not going to go into perfect depth of the void and all those concepts- mostly because I already have most of that sorta stuff on my air evocation TA (https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/topic/168195-ta-air-evocation-garoll-earl/?do=findComment&comment=1588181)

So- Quick explanation on literally everything voidal magicy:
Evocation = summoning stuff from the void.
What is the void? Well- an endless plain of nothing- but everything… But where? Nowhere… And everywhere! Confused? So am I. Picture element XYZ in the void- use a bit o’ mana (as well as a tonne of skill of casting, having enough mana, being smart on what you cast any many other factors…) and take it right into existence

! And what is this called? Y’know- summoning from the void… Evocation!

Mana! What? Okay- so… Think of thermodynamics, no- I won’t go into detail… Energy cannot be created nor removed, nor is perpetuity normal… Energy must be used to take something (Ie heat) into reality- as heat is energy, and one cannot create it! Mana is the energy used by one to take things from the void, and temporarily place it into reality… Where does it come from? The soul, yes, spiritual stuff my friends! Mana is stored in a pool, a manapool, fancy… However- there is a key thing with manapools… Imagine it as a battery- that is not used to using the energy, nor does it need to be used much… When you start casting- your pool starts to deplete until empty, and at that point- your personal manapool grows! And it can be filled with more mana… Which equates to more magic!

And that is the basics of all magic in a metaphorical nutshell… But I am not teaching that particularly- I am teaching water! Specifics? Yes, Specifics:

Pressurised ice spikes- yes…. However- you cannot control the ice to a perfect degree- for sculptures and such, as for all other evocations- you do not have a fine degree of casting.

Let me please get this out of the way: Water is H2O… Ice is H2O… Steam is (surprisingly) H2O. Under no circumstances, will your water be H2O + NaCl… What I mean by this- is water is pure, and you will only cast pure water… No salt water- to rub salt into the metaphorical wound, please, for my sanity.
There are some cases though- such as shade magic makes water a darker colour, and blood-magic is (I want to say) green(?)

With this- water is water, you cannot edit its conductivity or its colour…

No drinking your own water- the moment it is out of sight of the caster- it is just gone, poof, not existing- like all magics… And such- you cannot suffocate someone with it (well- technically you can cover their breathing-holes with it, but whatever, you know what I mean!)

Say you’re a caster, mmh, and you have a red aura. It is possible for your water to get a red tint, red ice- red snow… Okay- someone needs to make yellow snow, please and thank you.

    Water < Ice < Steam
Above- is how much mana is used to cast… Water uses less (and is easier to cast) than ice, which is less than steam.

Write up a lesson that your character would give to a student: (Okay- I am going to be completely honest, all of my MA / SA / TA’s are going to revolve around our old friend X, who I spoke about in my conjuration SA, mostly because everyone loves X, and I am loving this story-telling aspect)

Garoll waddles through his village, alone as usual, waddling? No. He is dancing, humming a tune to himself, he’d come to his door, and simply go to go through it, closing it behind him. X is sitting there, clad in their normal clothing… X is just there, tapping his foot on the floor, eyes closed- meditating once again. Garoll’d look in horror at X, not at the fact that they’re there, but more the fact that they’re not the nicest looking… “Ah… Xavier, you’re early, or am I late? Can never know in these times, joke very much intended... “, he’d laugh at his own joke, mostly because nobody else would… X would smile, opening and staring at Garoll, looking at him up and down
“Don’t call me that.”, he’d say, sternly, clearly not fond of his name “I am early… I let myself in.”. Garoll’d just sorta shrug at that, muttering something about not having time to prepare the lesson as well as he would like to…

But he would look back up, and say to X “I am still shocked that you’re learning under me, llir, you were never fond of others helping you”, he’d smirk slightly, walking over and offering a hand to X… As a response? X would glare at the hand, placing his own in it, gently shaking “Hm. Does someone need a fire-beetle to bite them in the butt?”. Garoll’d laugh meekly, ignoring all the possible gay jokes that he’d usually make to people who say that sorta thing…

He’d pull X up, to his feet, and simply go to lead him out of the house… Luckily for Garoll, there is a pond beside his home, he’d walk them over to stand above it, staring into it “Did you do your homework?” he’d say, a slight tone of mockery… X is an older man, than Garoll, he’d look down to him and say “Don’t mock me… But yes, I did… I learnt to swim, learnt at what heats water turns into ice, very cold indeed… I was focusing on how it flows, movement- and it’s viggor... “, he’d shake his head at that last part…

Garoll, on the other hand, would smile, nodding slowly “My teacher used to make me climb up waterfalls, and swim through raging torrents- before I learnt to swim… But, I won’t make you do that, you’re too old!”. The both of them would look to each other, Garolls grin not leaving- instead, he’d chuckle at the entire prospect of the conversation, while gently tapping X’s back… X smiles… “Now,” Garoll’d say, looking back to the water, still holding X’s back, “We have casted a few times, no? Yes, is the answer… Water- you can do...  Ice? The next step… I will go through what ice is, and how it works at a later date, for now? Well…”

He’d stop his speech, turning his entire frame to face X, and X would do the same. At once- Garoll would go to push X into the pond! But X had other plans- gripping hold of Garoll so that they both do! They sit in it for a while, talking, Garoll would explain “Notice the ripples, how each change roars everywhere else… Think of it like sound, llir.”...

X would mutter “I wish you’d stop making sound, ‘llir’...”, but nodding nevertheless.

They’d eventually get out- and return to Garolls house, wet. Of course- this would be common, for them to be wet at Garolls house, in most lessons, Garoll does something so that X can learn the physics slightly better… (No crude jokes please…)

They would sit at the dinner table, after they finish drying of course- Garoll is not a monster, he prefers people to be dry as they eat… He decided to whip up some food for them to dine on, as the two friends, student and teacher alike converse on more of the arcane…

Until suddenly, X says “I… Am going to try and throw a ball at you.”. Before his eyes turn a red hue, his hands starting to twitch, and he’d mumble under his breath- unaudable. Garoll would simply nod, saying “If you pass out, I will be drawing on your face in ink.”, an ongoing joke they both have…

Time goes by, X sweats- his breath heavy- and eyes focused directly on what’s in front of him… But there is nothing infront of him…

But then there is… A drop, single drop- both characters at the table would let out a gasp of relief at this, proud… The drop would grow- a small ball… A golfball… A tennis ball…
And it stops growing. X would jolt his hand forward, taking a sharp intake of breath, his slick and white hair flailing weakly in the sudden thrust… And the ball would do the same- stopping a mere foot from Garolls face before disappearing.

Garoll looks up in shock- scared of why he wasn’t hit… The answer, however- was clear. After an evident bang on the table, X’s head lies there, asleep… He passed out again, so it seems.

Garoll would lean over to his desk, taking out a small pot of ink, he’d arch his way over and say “I warned you not to try too hard… Now… What do I draw…”, with a look to the floor, the ideas form on his face- a pure moment of eurieka. “Hm… That’s good.”

He’d dip a quill into the ink, and write a singular word on X’s forehead:

    ‘Doofus’.

  3. Now- before I say anything on this; I’m bringing this all from an ooc perspective, even though this entire lore post is to do with myself and a character...

Before I go onto the quotation extract, I recall being told, from the lore owner of the Enaction, that there was no sort of disconnection, and that it is measured in a sense that if XYZ broke strictures for an rp month, your connection would be weaker, hindered and perhaps impossible for this same period of time, meaning that XYZ can’t do much for the next month, or until they get better.

Here is a direct quote from the lore post; and I would agree with most of the comments, an angel of kindness wouldn’t like to do this as it hurts the soul, going against strictures 5, 11, 12 And 17. It would be quite weird for her to go against her own demands. And this is also stupidly easy to be manipulated by certain people (I am not going to reference what’s going on rply which made this lore to be a thing, but those who know would understand precisely what I mean by; This is all due to interpretation). But- onto the quote.

Stage one, right after disconnection they will experience the five stages of grief, denial, anger, depression, and acceptance. Stage two which is long-term will have the student lose their sense of calmness, suffer increased panic and anxiety attacks.

How did you learn this magic(s)?
Well, Garoll has always been fascinated by the void, studying it in multiple different ways along with his implications. He was wandering in boredom, around the magic sections at draugr and wandered across some books he hadn't read- being on conjuration. Upon learning that this was possible, he delved into the books. Ironically, he also has two scientist friends, who used to work together on chemistry things, Garoll has had his own lab- which he has converted into biological things such as a dissection chamber and so on. I'm not entirely sure what type of things I am meant to write in here... I will link my air evocation st application, as that has a list of books that I cannot be bothered to list once again, but it is safe to say that he has already gotten the knowledge out of these books-- https://www.lordofthecraft.net/forums/topic/145188-air-evocation-self-taught-arcane/?tab=comments#comment-1365402.

Mc name of OOC overseer (Note: They must either have a TA in this magic on any character or be a member of the MT):
    Nekkore

Offer an explanation of the magic you are learning:
So!  Conjuration is basically the evocation of life and living beings, plants or animal .Evocation is summoning things from the void, the void being an endless mass of nothingness, almost a mind state, it uses mana to connect and evoke things from it, mana coming from the soul... I am not going to go into detail upon the void and evocation, mostly because that is on the links provided beforehand, if you want a more in depth idea of the void and evocation, one of my last MA's or my TA would probably have a better explanation than which I am providing here...- However I am going to quickly bring to light the fact that you need vast knowledge upon what you conjure, one cannot make water having just seen it walk past (as an example).. There are 3 sub-categories of conjuration:
    Morphon, conjuration of animals. (Self-explanatory)
    Perenial, Conjuration of plants. (Self-explanatory)
Hybrid, Conjuration of hybrid things (I will also explain in detail after...)
Primordial, conjuring evocation within animal (I will elaborate on this later, this is a complex one).
While the first two are sort of explained in what they do, Primordial is slightly more annoying to explain. Say mage 'X' is a fire mage as well as a conjuration mage (or a conjurer). Upon reaching a deep enough knowledge, x could create a mix of them both. There are red lines to this, such as you cannot have a half-cast, in the sense that it is either all fire, or no fire. Can I just say, that I am very excited to have a water fox walking around everywhere! (Well, not everywhere- The limitations of mana and such). A note on this, would be that these are basically unbound atronach.
Hybrid conjuration is where you use multiple different animals or plants in one big thing, for example a snake with lobster claws- of course you would need the knowledge on both of these animals.
While on the topic of limitations... Number one! If you do not have a spot-on idea about the inside and outside of an animal (like full on anatomical, with diagrams and such) - You cannot make them, well... You can- But it'd die very easily, turn into a mush... Well to summarise- Make sure you know what is on the inside of it! Number two- There are limits to what you male, like... You cannot make dragons (for two reasons!) one reason being because it is huge and will probably be too mana-consumptions, the second being that dissecting and knowing everything about it would be next to impossible. Number three: I might have the numbers messed up for this... But- You can only have 3 animals at T3 and then 5 at T5. Number four: You have a cap on what animal size total you can have. At tier 3, you can have three animals, however the total size of them must be less than a wolf (if I am sure)... Continuing this, T5 is a bear instead of a wolf. Limitation number four! As stated before, you can have multiple animals at the same time however they must all be the same. You cannot go around with a wolf and a cat, it would have to be two cats or two wolves if anything, if that makes any sense... Limitation number five would be that druids cannot communicate with these animals... Six: if your animal was to casually 'wander away'- it would be dispelled (dispelled being it dies, it has no more mana flowing to it and...Well... Poof!) Seven: This magic can be customised slightly, an example of this would be when you conjure an animal (for example), it can be built from the bottom up, the top down- the inside to the outside... It doesn’t really matter, you can do the same from when you dispel- It could simply poof, or be visibly sucked away... Quite a vast variety of choices, no? So here is just a hypothetical scenario because I don't know how to word what I am trying to say... Our good old' mage friend X has decided to make a poisonous snake with a crab claw (why he would do this, I don't entirely know- but that’s just the beauty of hypothetically!), If this animal is to bite someone with their poison, the poison would also disappear along with the snake when it is dispelled... But- What if the poison has already disabled limbs or even killed the person? The effects will not be... Changed, or reversed. What is done is final... To relate this to elemental evocation (because I know that I can word this one better) - When you throw fire at something, then get rid of the fire, the burn would still last. There are of course some general logical rules... The bigger the thing, the more mana the more amount (as in, the higher the count of them. Having two or more conjured beings at the same time...) would also equate to costing more mana... One wolf costs less than two. My next, oddly major point which I probably should have put at the start, would be considering that life in its many forms are much more complex than fire or earth… Due to the complexity, in comparison to all other evocations, conjuration consumes the most mana… Swiftly moving on, let us go back to our friend, X, he has conjured himself a fire beetle, because that’s what he wants in his life. As with other evocation, you control what you cast. A water mage can alter the shape and path of their water blast. A conjurer can control what their little pet, atronarch, thing does. For example, this beetle can be made to walk, perhaps even fight! Once our friend learnt that he could make his beetle dance, he decided to conjure another four…. X now has five small fire beetles. You cannot really order them around individually, so they will all stay pretty close to one-another and all follow the same command, unless biologically they do things differently, such as a ‘hive’ like animal is born to follow a certain code…

Provide evidence you've a proper means of learning this magic:
I, again, am not entirely sure what to be putting on here...  So I am just going to put some screenshots of the conjuration books that I read~

I also think that I should mention, to know this magic, you pretty much have to be a biologist... Luckily, Garoll is indeed one of those very things, and he has his own little lab for the stuff!

What magic(s) would you be teaching?:
    Air Evocation

Summarise the lore of this magic:
Air evocation... Evocation itself is the world relating to conjuring an element from the void. The void is a meta-physical plane of emptiness, a space without space per se... It is a hard idea to explain... In the void- you can imagine anything and pull it to existence, the act of pulling something from the void is evocation (as I said beforehand but it makes more sense in this context so darn-right am I going to leave both here!).
To do such an act, people require mana- which is generated from the soul, upon first doing evocation- it would take up all of the mana you have (or most of it anyway) this would be because your body / soul has not had to create mana, thus it would have a small 'manapool' (Manapool is the term used for the amount of mana a body / soul currently holds)... Over time, the person would get a larger pool of mana and start to be able to cast better spells, for longer.
Air evocation is a sub-type of voidal evocation which is literally what it says on the wind... Conjuring air, winds, tornados... There are of course red-lines to this, though... Air is clear- you cannot make much of a smoke from it... You can not control any evocation to a fine degree- meaning that you cannot make a sword from pressurised air... You cannot fly- there are spells which could make you jump quite high- but you cannot fly; you can run fast- this is only something you can do at the higher tiers though- due to concentration issues and so on...

write up a lesson that your character would give to a student:
Garoll would wander down the stairs of the mage-training room, taking off his fish mask to stare directly at his student. The student would shudder, probably not used to Garolls face not being a fish! Garoll would continue to walk, going to lean against the furthest wall of the room "So. Catch me up. How much have you been studying or practising..." he would say, placing a wet cloth from revolving hands, saved in case his student passes out once again... His voice would echo around the empty room, the few torch-lights dancing through the vibrant voice.  The student would shudder at his teachers voice, gently rubbing the back of his head "I... Have been at the library many times! I understand some more... And me and Lana went to your meditation spot- the wind is loud over there! I have tried to cast a bit... But I might have passed out..." the student would mumble the last bit, gently stroking his head still- where the bruise would be...
Garoll would let out a soft sigh at this, his fatherly tone kicking in as he says "I know that I tell you to push yourself... On learning- you are still new at the void and it's... Power- casting is hard... Be careful... In Fact- Sit down." he would finish, going to sit in front of the student who would also sit... Garoll would hold his hands on his lap and ask the student to do the same... The student thinks that Garoll is a psychopath, but doesn't question his 'logic'... The only sound in the room would be the quiet crackling fire of the torches and the two people's breathing. Garoll would sigh, going to stand and turn off the last few torches, as he walks around the room to flick off the lights, he would say "Can you hear it... Beyond my footsteps. The air is everywhere, listen to it, empty your mind and feel nothing besides the gently 'whoosh' of the air cascading around your ears. Feel the gentle waft of heat coming from the torches, carried by the air... ". The two of them would both stay in silence for a while, before the student says "This... Is tranquil... Are you trying to gently tell me to try and cast?", and again... Silence. The student would let out a soft sigh, whispers of Garoll murmuring "Empty your mind". At once, the student would realise all the subtle hints of silence and meditation...  This would all be interrupted rather soon by the student breathing heavily and a soft purple hue radiating from his eyes... Not moments after this happens a short and incredibly weak wind would sweep its way over to Garoll, the moment he feel it would it just disappear! The small lights from the students eyes disappearing- and then... A crash. Garoll would dart over to where the light roughly was, going to place the wet cloth on what he thought was the students forehead. As he does this, a giggle would be heard- the student would mumble "Garoll... Why are you putting a wet towel on my legs... It is really cold!"

  12. So- Me doing this is really out of character for me- As I both hardly use the forms and never have a reason to put something for everyone to read... But- I have a bit of an exception today...

As you have probably guessed- I want to quickly spend a little bit of time to thank the community; Over the more recent weeks, a close friend of mine (who is also on LOTC a bunch) has had a pretty big issue with another player, and alot of awful things happened... I am not going to go into specifics for reasons of privacy and so on...

    When the server, or more particularly the community, found out about this issue- the reaction from a large amount of you was so warming, to both me and the person who went through this issue;

And for that I just want to show our gratitude towards the response given.

This has sorta given me a little bit more faith in humanity!

On behalf of the both of us, Thank you all for being apart of a truly beautiful, kind and loving community.

    Thank you, once again!

Briefly summarize the lore of this magic:

There are many types of evocation. Air is one of them. Before I go into the detail of air evocation I think it would be good to quickly go over what evocation is (in a nutshell). Basically- When you ‘evoke’ something, it means you are pulling it from the void. This is done by connecting to the void and pulling it to reality, however in some sense- what you evoke is not truly real, and it you disconnect or stop especifically making it- well- It will return back to the void (where it came).
Air evocation is when you evoke air. (surprising, right?).

Air evocation is considered to be (and I sorta think is…) the most versatile evocations, in some sense it is the easiest. This is due to the contrary, simple and predictable nature. This means that this type of evocation is easier and in some cases, quicker. Another thing I would like to note is that air evocation would not really ‘hurt’ if you miss-cast or overcast.
We could easily compare this to the likes of fire evocation, as fire is quite wild and unpredictable.

Once you have started learning (I mean like- at the very beginning), it would take a bunch of mana to do some of the simplest things.

    Notes:
air evocation would not really ‘hurt’ if you miss-cast or overcast.

Conjured air won’t be affected by the outside environment. So your conjured wind won’t
Be blown away by natural wind. In the same context you cannot calm the current wind.

Air evocation cannot directly lift something, as you do not have a fine degree of control,
If you wanna do things like that- you would probably want telekinesis or something…

You cannot knock down a (average size and/or weight person) until tier 3.

Write up a lesson that your character would give to a student (do note, we will be contacting aspiring teachers for an interview, to get a better idea on your knowledge and understanding).

The student would knock on the door to the house and quickly be let in by Garoll.
“You’re on time? That’s a first.... so have you done your homework? Looking at the wind, well- Not literally… you know what I mean...” The Dark elf would ask the student confusing them a bit.
“Yes sir I’ve been studying and I’ve also worked on my voidal connection! I don’t pass out now every time… Though I do after about three seconds.” The student would say happily at his progress. Garoll would reply, with a small grin himself “Great…. Well, before we start this next bit, which I hope you are excited for- I need you to remember, you will suffer greatly from lack of mana, so be sure to keep a short supply. And that will keep you from passing out anyway… The main thing I want to tell you, as of now, is… Simply- When you are connected, picture everything you want, every last detail of the wind you want to create. The more you understand what you are creating, the easier it will be for you… Well-  Now that I have that out of the way...What are you waiting for! Try and conjure up a small gust of wind- but- please don’t try and pass out, you know that that is a pain in the ass for me to deal with....” Garoll would say in a stern teacher voice. The student would nod and his right hand would spasm slightly, as Garoll notices this, he would whisper “Calm down... “ as he connected to the void, focusing really hard on a small gust of wind. There would noticeably be a bit of sweat forming on his brow when he connects. Over the next few seconds, the sweat would only grow and a very small change in the rooms atmosphere would be felt by both Garoll and the student, quickly after this, however, the student would fall back in fatigue, Garoll would have a look of happiness in his eyes which was soon extinguished as the student toppled to the floor “I told you not to do one thing... “ he would let out a small sigh as a small groan was heard from the student indicating didn’t pass out. He’d then go to stand and pass out on the floor. “Oh yeah… I forgot to say… When you are weak, with little to no mana, and you overall have no energy… Please- don’t try and stand up, you will only make it worse… Now- I need to go find a bottle of water to try and wake this ****** up… Ugh…”He’d sigh and go to find a bottle of water for the student.
