What is roleplaying?: A player to player interaction involving taking a role of someone else, along with developing the characters traits and personality.
What is metagaming: Using outside information that you did not get in-game to your personal advantage.
What is powergaming?: Making your personal character essentially invincible to the extent that it interferes with the roleplay experience.
In-Character Information
Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play.

Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Aisha is a very insecure woman who is afraid of relationships. However, this trait allows her to focus on making a living and taking care of herself. She was born in Laurehlin but was taken in by her aunt Lianna when her parents were deemed unfit to take care of her. After her grandfather died fighting in The Brother War, her grandmother developed a drinking problem which passed on to her mother who took after her grandma. When her mother was pregnant with Aisha, the father abandoned them. Lianna soon took Aisha to her home.
When Aisha began to get older, she developed a complicated relationship with her Aunt, eventually asking her if she could travel for a while. Not wanting to baby the 21 year old Aisha, Lianna sent her away, always saying she could return home. Aisha traveled with little money, and light baggage as she wanted to travel and learn with few difficulties. She kept jumping from place to place...who knows where she will wind up next...
