Out-Of-Character Information
What’s your Minecraft Account Name?: qazzaq1221
How old are you?: 16
Are you aware the server is PG-13 (You won’t be denied for being under 13): Yes, I am aware.
Have you read and agreed to the rules?: Yes, I have read the rules over, and I will sit down and familiarize myself with the rules even more if I am accepted.
What’s the rule you agree with the most?: I don't think I can give an exact answer on this one. Every single rule, from the guidelines in chat, to the manner in which war is conducted, to even the roleplaying rules, are necessary for the server to function properly, especially with the number of players that the server maintains throughout the day. However, given that I have experience moderating servers, I do have some respect to the "no means no" rule regarding GMs. It is frustrating to deal with people who persistently argue with staff, or go around to different staff expecting a different answer. All of the rules are great, though.
Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense?(If so we can help clear it up! You will not be denied for having a question on the rules): No, every rule is clear and fair.
How did you find out about Lord of the Craft? I have friends who have been playing on this server for quite some time now: cresswell1 and a few others. However, I also knew about this server because a player, named SupremacyOps, came here after the collapse of my old server (years and years ago). After seeing his position on the server, I am not surprised; he was always the roleplaying type.
Definitions
What is roleplaying?: In essence, it is when one adapts themself to another role, both physically and in terms of personality. In acting, we have three rules for becoming a different character: change your walk, your talk, and your stance. In roleplaying, you change your body, your talk, and your position. If I am acting as a orc, I would expect to be a warrior nomad, not a peaceful trader. My speech would be the "Blah," and my character should hate the Undead.
What is metagaming?: When one metagames, they are taking OOC info that is not available to the character and using it to gain an advantage on the other players. If I had read up on this character, and knew that his weakness was this or that, and used that during conflict, that could be considered metagaming.
What is powergaming?: Powergaming is when one ignores storytelling or lore for the goal of completing a task. When one plays on an RPG server, they are expected to interact and participate with the world. If I play as a character where the only thing is to min-max for a miner, and I ignore any type of roleplaying whatsoever, it would be considered as powergaming. Sure, I did become the "best" miner, but all aspects of RPGs that are great on this server were ignored, and by doing so the experience of other players is degraded.
In-Character Information
Character’s name: Fëanor Calaelen
Character’s sex: Male
Character’s race: High Elf
Character’s age: 65
Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.):
Not much is known, exactly, about the early years of Fëanor Calaelen. While the Undead invaded Kal'Agnar and the human nations became one, Fëanor was only a small child, raised by parents he no longer can recall. Years pass at the speed of light, with events occurring that, despite his young age, he has no other memory besides the books he has read. More conflicts arise, and while Fëanor has no involvement, the older he gets, the more concerned he is of his safety. Despite his parents, who are at this time still around, he grows up very independent and self-aware of the nature and complexity of the world. The High Elven-Human conflict comes and goes, and while Fëanor has no complete memory of the events surrounding it, he recalls that he was particularly bothered by the actions of Oren.
The life and times of Fëanor Calaelen change with the cataclysmic event in 1513, where a giant worm destroys Athera. One particular memory that sticks to Fëanor is watching his mother and father stay on Athera as it gets destroyed, while he flees with the other descendants. Once he arrives, he and the other high elves settle in Haelun'or. More events go past, and although the elves were involved, Fëanor was not relevant in any sort of manner. As he got older, his knowledge became more and more refined, and although he has a profound hatred of impure people, his collection of knowledge has grown to be extensive.
Personality Traits: Calm, rational, determined, objective-based (in terms of this, I am referring to his unwillingness to change his mind.)
Ambitions: His ambitions are to obtain great amounts of knowledge, both in magic and in normal literature. Fëanor, besides knowledge, also enjoys obtaining coin through the buying and selling of goods and services. While it may not be his top priority, this character would also, given the opportunity, attempt to rise the ranks and become a powerful character in the realm. But like all ambitions, this is merely a dream.
Strengths/Talents: Magic and enchanting, persistent behaviour, knowledge of markets and shopkeeping.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: Physical strength compared to other races, persistent (This is a double edged sword. While he might be persistent to his values, this may conflict with other races or characters.)
Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): This high elf is 6'6, with a weight of 170 lbs. He has blonde, almost pure white, hair, with a massive yet slender figure.
Appearance, please provide us a screenshot of your character’s skin (If you need help, see our screenshot guidehere):
