I was trying to find a good roleplaying server, and Lord of the Craft seems to have an active staff and great lore. Character’s name: Lainor Mailon Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: High Elf Character’s age: 71 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Lainor began as a rather keen child, intrigued by the wonders of the world enough to begin logging various phenomena of the nearby species in the woodlands outside of the city as his mother gathers lumber, interacting with him as though he was an acquaintance. Upon hearing a rather low-pitched, unearthly moan, he was to wander down the creeks to stumble into an Uruk raiding party to accidently alert the traders who were to let out a holler that would result in his mother, being a Sillumir, fending for his life as he was instructed to sprint East of the city only to be enslaved by a nearby camp of Uruk. He was to live out the year that he dwelled with them furthering his hate for all the races he was to encounter other than his own. How they depended on coin to have a “functioning” society of brutes and oafs. Only upon being sold to a drunk of a Mali’ame huter that was to be expelled on the spot for relations with a Mali’ker of 32. Lainor had packed up all of the resources left by his master to travel the lonely roads equipped with his lute and baggage that each accumulated enough coin to keep onward. He was to land at a tavern in one of his travels to begin a new life of stale sorrow and a mist-like presence despite the inn to have adapted a tunic vibration since his arrival. All of his dreadfully pointless encounters kept him to tinkering and toying to begin to slip into the melodies of liquor that sang to him. Through this, he became a rather bitter soul, maintaining the understanding of his racial dominance over the fellow who would have an axe slung over his shoulder. He would begin to be unable to afford what had become an almost endless state of being that seemed to rarely stray from its path of gloomy empowerment, only furthering his rather satirical sense of humor that was able to afford a library of his bags that had spoken of the nation of Haelun’or that he would meet in the following week of travel, having spent over 3 decades outside of there, being just shy of 40 when arriving. Lainor would meet an enchanter that doubled as a guard, taking him in to keep him well and update him on the doings and regularities of Mali’aheral, which all felt enormously comforting and empowering. He was to hide the branding that he had slowly been expelling through moldy bread and various other medical practices in all hopes that he would not be deemed impure to be sent back to the roads. Personality Traits: Lainor is intently bound on maintaining Mali‘aheral purity and upkeeping their image of supremacy of all the lesser race. He would do so beginning with being an avid author and scholar on a litany of subjects, ranging from the void to economics. He lives with a romanticized tone that composes his every detail of action. He is intently fond of friendships, though it is that he can find them.rare Ambitions: He is extremely intrigued by the void and its workings, spending hours at a time at the Library of Dragur, waiting for the Eternal Library to be once more. Lainor is motivated by a need for a greater understanding of the world around him. He has a rather romanticized view of the world and raiders in that the guards and valiant citizens were to be the victor over the chaotic vigilant forces that are the Uruk and Valah thieves. He seeks to be of a positive change, though not necessarily to be known for it; he doesn’t even seek for a territory or socially altering change, but one of a quiet improvement to life. Strengths/Talents: He is extremely loyal and devout to the cause, doing everything in his power and passion to serve those above him, almost to his weakness. He has a passion for a greater depth of knowledge of all things throughout the Seven Skies. He has a way of things, with his outward personality being a mold to the social environment around him. He is rather skilled with a lute and his voice, being a rather confident bard despite his quiet pluckings and almost murmur of a voice. He plays a rather relaxing tune, one not of a sing-songy folk pitch, but of a paralyzing soothe that transfixes gazes not upon him, but upon a lone spot that will massage their minds all the more until the tune is up. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Lainor has intense curiosity, leading him down dark roads that he knows to be harmful out of wonder. He is rather confrontational with people of his same or lower social ranking, never heeding to call anyone out for behavior such as asking for minas for trade within Haelun’or. He has an intense need to please those that are higher in the chain of commands, not necessarily out of a desire to rise among them, but to simply gain their respect and care. He will also go at remarkably ridiculous lengths to prove that he is not stupid when called out, almost going to the lengths that he would to please higher authority. He suffers in having rather few stable friendships, having lived on the road too long to trust, while still somehow surviving through optimism in the thieves and murderers being behind him. Appearance (List the extra details of your characters appearance, IE; height & weight): Lainor would stand a shruggedly proud yet solemn 6’4” weighing at 129 lbs in gleaming red silk and white cloth that would tailor his rather conscious movements throughout his rather toned build. He has an almost plush leather vest with boots that extend just below his knees and gloves that yield just below the elbows, both of a dark hand-tailored hide.
