What is roleplaying?: Role playing is taking the role of a character of your choosing, you make up their backstory, their advantages and disadvantages in life, you act on certain things how your character would, not YOUR personal way of action.
What is metagaming?: Meta Gaming is when you use out of character information to give your character an advantage, Example, you're playing D&D and someone is hiding from you, they tell you ooc where they are, but you then use that info to move your character into that direct spot, your character wouldn't know this but you did.
What is power-emoting (powergaming)?: Power-gaming is when you force actions / your character doesn't have any weaknesses, you force actions upon others, aka *Slices at his neck killing him* when it should be *Attempts to slice at neck*, Or like I said your character is too GOOD, his weaknesses are minor and his strengths are powerful, generally not fun to role play agaisnt

Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add three references to the server lore.): (where does your character come from?; where have they traveled to?; what year were they born in? et cetera.) Taerion Thunderfall and his brother, Saerion Thunderfall were born in the year 1480 in crumbled city of Kal'Agnar, which was currently being rebuilt. They are the sons of Hordam and Befaes Thunderfall. Taerion's mother was an alchemist whilst their father was a great dwarven warrior of the military, Taerion wanted to follow in his father's footsteps to safeguard his people, In the year 1511 his parents were both slaughtered, depressing Taerion severely, from this point he swore to avenge his father and mother, and to protect Saerion. In 1513 when the war ended, Taerion and Saerion set off on a boat when Athera was being destroyed by giant worms, they headed to Vailor.
When on the boat Taerion noticed that Saerion had taken a young dwarf under his wing and became a father figure to him, Taerion supported him in doing that while focusing on his swordsmanship most of the time during the travel to Tailor. He also befriended many of the other dwarves his brother did, this is when he knew this was a new life. Finally, when they reached land Taerion and Saerion headed towards the city of Kal'Akash, during his time in the city he learned more social skills and begun reading anything he could see around the capital, soon enough he became an amazing reader and writer. Of course whilst his brother was off collecting things with the boy he took under his wing, Taerion would spend his time drinking with his buddies and forever training for the day he can avenge his father from the Orcs. In 1522 Taerion was one of the many dwarves defending Kal'Akash from an unknown force.
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?) Taerion loves to practice with his sword and drink ale with his buddies, he's very outgoing and has a large sense of humor, sadly even if someone brings up his father or mother or even the words of Father and Mother, he gets extremely depressed for a short while, he also strongly dislikes when people make fun of his brother
Ambitions: (what does your character aspire to be?) Taerion aspires to be a dwarven warrior like his father before him, he wishes to fight and die for his brother and friends, like his father did in the Dwarf-Orc war.
Strengths/Talents: (what is your character really, really good at?) Taerion is fantastic with a sword simply because he devoted most of his time to it after the slaughter of his parents, He also has an odd talent for writing and reading, while he did learn it he never really learned too much about it, yet he can read and write extremely well.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: (what is a skill that your character needs to work on?) Taerion is extremely racist towards orcs for killing his father/mother, He will attack them no matter what, no respect for authority.
