What is roleplaying?: The acting out of the part of a particular person or character. Like pretending to be someone you're not. What is metagaming?: Metagaming is the use of information ingame that your character should not know and using the info for your own gain. What is powergaming?: People who Powergame usually RolePlay things which may be impossible to do, leaving the other player no chance to fight back. Powergaming people usually focus most on his own character. In-Character Information Now you actually make your character - be creative but stay reasonable! Make sure they make sense and that they follow lore. Try to come up with a character that you actually want to play. Character’s name: Mark Smith Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Human Character’s age: 26 Biography (Please make it a decent two paragraphs long. Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Living in Sutica, Mark Smith worked as a Blacksmith under his father, and learned to fight with the king's guard. Mark became a very talented man. At the age of 17 he and his father were traveling to The Holy Orenian Empire when they were attacked by a group of bandits wearing black cloaks. His father was slain and Mark was captured and was tortured for 2 years before escaping. Mark has learned to live the hard life, not trusting anyone and living far from civilization around the province of Laureh'lin. He has learned the dangers of the wild and is efficiently surviving in the wild. After another 2 years in the wild he returns home and meets and slowly befriend a couple elves and dwarves who are now dead for unknown reasons. Now traveling in between cities and towns of the realms he becomes a feared bounty hunter taking out monsters and all intelligent species who are outlawed. He is still befriending humans, dwarves and elves but has a distrusting instinct for all the other species. He is now looking for knowledge of sorcery and magic looking for masters of the art and is making fair money bounty hunting and is continuing his adventure. The rest of his life is now in the future. P.S: This is my 3rd attempt to apply Personality Traits: Secretive, Observant, curious, fair, and reliable. Ambitions: Learning Magic and to test his growing strength against monsters, Make a good living of Bounty Hunting Strengths/Talents: Fighting, Reasoning, and Stealth. Weaknesses/Inabilities: Fear of Deep Water, Does not trust people easily, Hates great heights. I fixed it up is it good enough for a application:

Remember to add server lore, and events that happened to your character so that they don’t contradict history.): Parents killed in Battle The Unknown Warrior was brought up by an Old Soldier in the Province of Laureh'lin taught him how to fight, read, write, and taught him history. 12 years later the old soldier was killed by a strange group of bandits who were part of a race called Orcs, The Unknown Knight Swore vengeance on these Orcs. 2 years later he was able to track down and kill the bandits. With his thirst for vengeance gone he is now looking for the knowledge the god who created the world of Aegis and is hoping to work by his side in the afterlife. Personality Traits: Secretive, Observant, and Fair. Ambitions: To learn the knowledge of god and to work along with god in the after life after sharing the knowledge with the good people of Aegis.
