    And ban the player that had an entire OOC page written out in a form post explaining why this was OOCly driven. 
     

    But other than that, massive W. The OOC bad guys actually lost this time. 
     

    its actually comical. If that OOC was never written on that post by a certain user I’m not going to name, then this would have never happened. If you’re going to OOC plot, at least don’t announce it to everyone!

    We live in times of vast uncertainty. It was only recently that we have pledged to purge elcihi'thilln of the threat of impurity, an obstacle that we have grown to become familiar with. Until recently, your government was in shambles. Our government was, for lack of a better word, weak. As a 'thill, your identity belongs to the greater glory of the Motherland, to Larihei. As 'thill, when our government fails, it is always the fault of more than one corrupted party. With that in mind, there is no singular 'ata we can blame for the failures of the past few years.

     

    Thus, there still remain 'ata among us. That is undeniable. It is our cardinal objective to offer a society that exists without putrescence, and instead offer a safe and secure nation to forever protect the silver elves and our culture of yore. It is through the actions of the past few years that we have begun to restore stability to the Motherland, most notably through the establishment of members for our esteemed council. We, the Medi'iran, have listened to the goals of every puritan that sits on this blessed body, and are emboldened by the aspirations of fresh minds. And so, to elheial'thilln, the Medi'iran issue the following decree on behalf of Sohaer Arelyn Iyathir:

     

    I.. The active members of elheial’thilln are to submit a yearly [[1 IRL Week] report delineating their annual accomplishments, and what they intend to undertake for the following year.

     

    II.. The annual reports are to remain confidential to the offices of the Sohaer and Medi’iran.

     

    We trust that these expectations will be met without delay. Elheial'thilln is affectionately reminded that the Office of the Medi'iran is second to only the Sohaer. To the able-bodied citizens of our beatified capital, we implore you to continue your steadfast efforts to defend our purity within the Silver State.

    I would like to formally apologize to Irulan Elibar'acal & the Elibar'acal talonnii for my immediate assumption of Laurir. You see, Irulan, as Maheral Azorella Elibar'acal lied dying in her council chambers, betrayed by her government, it was I who answered her screams of sorrow and betrayal from the court. Unfortunate that I was too late. However, one of her dying wishes was clear: that I, Theris Elibar'acal, was to become Laurir. I served as Laurir of our precious and ancient talonnii for years, until I retired from elcihi'thilln and my efforts in saving the city from the turmoil that followed the assassination. 

     

    I have only returned to aid this city in recovering it from stagnation, and renewing an age of purity for the elves of silver. Upon my arrival, a very dire situation was outlined to me: a city plagued by liberalism and failure, and my family in disarray. I was not aware of anyone existing to replace Maeve. Your letter was strongly worded, and I will accept this as a misunderstanding, in which I give you my strongest apology. The Elibar'acal talonnii would be better served by someone of present times, someone who has been around to become familiar with our nation's current population, but more importantly, a 'thill that knows our kin that still reside within our borders.

     

    I will not stand in your way for bid as Laurir. Unless our talonnii rejects your authority, you will have my support.

    OF THE MEDI'IR

    as issued on the 6th of the First Seed, Year 7

     

     

    You live in a city rife with stagnation. A capital filled with impurity and decay. When did we allow such a blessed city, such a blessed culture, to fall into ruin? Have we not learned from the mistakes of the past; the crimes of individuals such as Durion or Finnadh who adulterated the State and its blessings? We see our brothers and sisters depart in some self-imposed exodus. The Silver Elves who chose to leave as a response to impurity are no less sinister than the putrescence hidden within the crevices of the beatified Karinah’siol.

     

    I had done my duty to the State and was happily drinking wine when I received a missive from your Sohaer. Citizenry, do not be mistaken; we are in crisis. I would have not have given up my wine and my scriptures on purity and traveled halfway across Almaris if that were not the case. I have spoken at length with your Sohaer, and I exist to ensure that this government does not grow stagnant like the roads and elves they are responsible for taking care of. 

     

    My name is Theris Elibar’acal, and I am your Medi’ir. With the sudden absence of a certain Maeve Elibar’acal, I immediately resume my position as elLaurir of the Elibar’acal. I am a servant to our Maheral, to our Sohaer, to our government, and most importantly, to you, the population. Do not forget that in the coming weeks, for I will be restless in ensuring that my singular goal is achieved: to restore purity and high-mindedness to you, elmali’thilln.

     

    I call upon every able-bodied citizen to serve the state, and to prove to your government that you hold the reverence for the State that we require. We will purge impurity from our society, and restore our culture to the heights of the past. This, I promise you. And to those that left: if your response to difficulty is to run, then the longer you stay away, the less gracious your return will ultimately be.
