Has anyone else downloaded chroma hills lately? When I tried to download it from their forums, I just ended up downloading a crap ton of virusy programs instead.

@NoSpoonNeo That's what I've been told my whole life ;)

@NoSpoonNeo I've been pretty much reading everything I can on the Wikia, but to be perfectly honest I kind of based this character off of me since this is my first time RPing that way I could fit into the role better, I can always make another character and my next might even be completely different to me in every way I just need that initial experience.

@NoSpoonNeo I've almost finished up the first paragraph of the biography, but I must warn you the word count is excessive (2,386) and I'm still working on it but that is for the whole application questions and all. I have it typed out on google docs so here is the link Lord of the Craft Application - Thantrios

@NoSpoonNeo I guess I'll find out, I've been literally working on my application for 8 days now trying to perfect it.

@NoSpoonNeo Do they inherit anything else from their parents? Or do they just pretty much get doubled up on their race's curses?

@NoSpoonNeo Thinking from a genetic stand point wouldn't complications arise from two different "races" bearing a child? I know that it is highly looked down upon in each race's culture as elves won't take half breeds into their cities. But what I mean by complications is look at the genetic make up for an elf they have longer life spans and are generally taller than humans, they also have ties in magic. Humans are kind of bland in a way not having an edge over anyone except in population size, but the average human tends to live a moderately short life. I guess my question being that does the lifespan of an elf get passed down to his offspring if a human mother bears the child? Or is it some kind of median? Since a human child has 23 chromosomes from each parent this makes the child a blend DNA practically making itself unique given the fact that it has still inherited looks, diseases, and traits from each parent, even height is can be measured by putting it between the father and mother's individual heights, this would theoretically mean that a half-elf could inherit infertility from his elven parent the only problem would be determining is if this is a dominant or recessive gene since it takes one dominant allele to make the phenotype (The one that shows) and two recessives to have the half-elf infertile. Another speculation I could make is life span, maybe it could be inherited? Or it could be a co-dominance trait as in a normal full blooded elf (Of your choice) has two dominant alleles for the long life span trait and a human has the recessive alleles for a short life span, since it's co-dominance that would mean the life span trait is fifty fifty now and would create a "medium life span". That could actually be somewhat plausible if life span was a gene, but maybe things may work differently in Lord of the Craft. The sad thing is that we could theoretically figure this out if we had a family of just half-elves nothing more than the initial parents being a human and elf, of course we wouldn't want any interbreeding so there would have to be more than one human and elf couple for that family of just half elves, then we should probably just have it like a heartlander human and a high elf for simplicity and this is starting to sound like a messed up and dark social experiment, but I could make a pedigree which from there I could determine what traits are dominant and recessive and it could be any trait from skin and hair color to diseases and genetic disorders that each one inherits. That's my science talk of the day, maybe one day I could experiment on the citizens of Vailor Muhahaha.

@~*Kry*~ Hmmm.. Okay, Half-Elves have existed before right? I've seen some characters who were but have not found any official lore at least on the Wikia page.

@~*Kry*~ By Helfs do you mean Half-Elves? You'll have to forgive me, I'm fairly new and there's a lot of lore.
