Born in 1544 during the season of the Amber cold. James was born into a small family of humans that lived out in the woods. They lived off the land, Jame's parents took care of farming and house upkeep. James had a natural talent for woodworking and in his free time he made tables and chairs to sell at a local town. Getting a solid flow of income from Jame's woodworking, him parents let him continue, taking the opportunity to buy seeds and farm animals from the town in the future. James became very good at woodworking, turning it into a full time job. James took a liking to city life and eventually moved into the city and opened a shop. James picked up religion from his fellow townsfolk and came to worship Aspect Cerridwen. His family’s displeasure of Iblees growing in result of this, Turning to a situation where they would near burn down any worshiping places in which served him. James soon ran out of business, everyone in the small town had already bought his wares, and the traveling merchants wouldn't take his products anymore as they took up too much space and sold for little. They would rather pack valuables than furniture understandably. James had to change his business fast. He tried to hire people to sell his wares to other towns but the nearest town being so far away he wouldn't make any money, having to pay so much for travel fees would be a hassle. The only option left would be to leave his hometown along with his friends and set off to make a shop elsewhere. James moved to a large port city where he was able to buy a small shop, that also acted as his home. James had never seen the ocean before, living in the forest for all his life, he had never laid eyes on such beauty. He saw the large wooden creations that master such beauty and glide along the water silently. It looked like a gift from the heavens, how can humans possibly create something so perfect? He took notes on the dimensions of one of the ships and returned to his shop. Using what he knows so far he was able to make a crude model of the ship. Maybe one day he will make it full size.
