Fahad stood at his balcony staring into the horizon watching at the desert sun descended, a paper resting on a table beside him. The Farfolk Prince would remember the wonderful moments shared with the dwarven Princess. “You shall be missed” 

Fahad watched as his uncle signed his name, a smile appearing on his face

Fahad nodded in approval of the missive before walking off to tend to his family

A Royal Invitation

[!] A crisp sheet of paper with clean, elegant writing scrawled onto it is hammered all across the walls of Al-Faiz. The contents of said paper announce the following:

The Royal Al-Nabeel family hereby invites you to attend Prince Fahad and Emily Al-Nabeel’s first baby shower. Come one, come all to partake in a mighty feast, a variety of minigames with point-based reward systems, and other such magnanimous festivities! The winner of the minigames will be rewarded handsomely, though that doesn’t mean that those who don’t make the mark won’t enjoy themselves.

The following events will be hosted at the baby shower:

The "B" Word

Upon entering the party, each guest will receive a single clothespin to pin to their shirt or anywhere else on their person. If a guest gets someone to say the word "baby" at any point during the baby shower, they will get to keep the pin of the one who said the word. Whoever collects the most pins at the end of the shower will win a point.

Guess the Baby Food

----------

Each participant will be given an unlabeled jar with a mushed up meal inside. They will be able to taste and smell what's inside before taking a guess as to what it is. The person who correctly guesses the most foods will win a point.

Sock It To Me!

----------

Small boxes will be hidden all over the sandy town of Al-Faiz. Within each box will be a tiny pair of baby socks. Whoever is able to find the most pairs of socks within a minute will win a point. In total, there are 10 pairs - the player with the most points will win!

The prize for the winners of each game will be a specially made dress from Princess Emily and 1.5k minas!

We look forward to seeing everyone at our beloved baby shower and hope that all will have a great time celebrating the product of our blessed union.

[!] A strikingly embellished missive is tacked into the walls of Al-Faiz. With a flourishing golden border and clean, elegant writing, the notice announces the following:

The Al-Nabeel family graciously invites you to attend the wedding between our beloved Amir Fahad Al-Nabeel and his partner, Emily Delaney. This joyous ceremony has been foreseen for many years, and it is our pleasure to finally announce it to the public. 

The Al-Nabeel family will be holding the wedding and following reception, which will be open to all attendees. An assortment of foods will be available at the courtesy of the Thousand Stars Restaurant, and fun activities will take place to occupy the guests.

The Thousand Stars Restaurant will be open to all - it will host events, food, and general merrymaking. Events that will take place include dancing, games of chess, and ‘guess the correct block’. Even those who have two left feet or little faith in their intellectual capabilities are invited to partake in the festivities without reserve or shame.

The wedding ceremony itself will also be open to the public--all who wish to attend may attend. We look forward to a large turnout and hope that the following celebrations can help all denizens appreciate the blessed union of the bride and groom!
