But. You have a few things to improve on, from my knowledge of you and this application. You need to work on your grammar (Seen many mistakes such as elfs instead of elves, and they're instead of their), aswell as your detail in roleplay. Your events aren't very original, try changing them a bit- not every event needs to be about a big, bad monster attacking people on a road.

What are your characters? Are you willing to sacrifice any to become a event team member?: Klementim Sevchuv and Ahyan ibn Kulleh. I am willing to sacrifice both of them, if needed be, to become an ET member.

What race / group do you think your events would best cater to? If none in particular, give an example of the type of group that your events would entertain.: I really think I'd make a good part on all communitys BUT Oren's. I've gotten a really bad OOC and RP reputation with orenians in general, even if I am a legion member.

What do you believe are key factors for a successful event?: 

-Fun Roleplay.

-Enjoyment of all and not only one.

-A relaxed experience that'll be in the player's memory for a long time.

What strengths could you contribute to the event department? Are you knowledgeable in lore or great at organizing?: I would say I am good with lore, but really I'm not that great, but I am good at organizing and doing other things related.

Why do you want to be part of the ET?: Frankly, I always thought the ET had the nicest, chillest people and generaly one of the best teams out there, In Game and In the Forums. They're by far the team with the best, how can I say this... Impression? Towards other people and new players.

Create three distinct RP scenarios/events based on LOTC lore that you would organize. These are pitches to the managers and the lead, not to the community. Note: not all of the group must be handled at once. Eg: 20+ people via 5 person increments in a dungeon.:

1 - 5 People.

A group of travelers goes amongst the road, they happily talk about what they've achieved so far on they're journies, either by seeling them, or simply winning some money extra. All of the sudden, a screech, apparently an animal, would be heard from a forest nearby. They'd go to check and would find a big, robust bear slaughtering down a deer. Once they got close, the bear would shift his terrifying gaze to them, growling deeply. After a tough fight against the bear, the travelers would suceed or not in killing it, and would run away from the scene regardless of the outcome.

5 - 10 People.

(The Terrors) A small group of elfs casually walk around the forest nearby Haelun'or, talking some gibberish about the recent wars taking place, some of them simply distracted with the flowers and trees around them. When they stopped to observe a wild animal, a mist forms to their side, taking the form of a bipedal walker with enormous claws on its big arms. As it fully forms, it appears to be an alien, covered in tough spikes and about six eyes adorning his face. Its size would reach up to 6'8", as it charges over to the group. Taken by surprise they'd quickly draw arms and fight the beast, knowing the possibility of losing. After a tough fight, and possibly many casualties, the Terror is taken down or contained, and the group quickly runs away, calling for help, and crying for their lost comrades.

15 - ??? people.

A large group of humans walk around the forest, arms on their hand, tough shields adorning their backs and the banners flying around. They were hunting the mighty cyclops for three days now. A large ruck would be heard in front of the group. They stop as they hear it, the captain already ordering to draw their lances, when the Cyclops comes charging into them, a enormous wooden club on his hand and deer skin covering its body. The creature was 18 feet tall (5 meters). After the fight with it, it'd be most likely put down, regardless of the number of humans. But of course the humans would take great casualties with them.

The team's name was Chapecoesne (Ik, difficult) but I beg of you, please, remember those who are gone, for my people, brazillians, are in deep mourn for the ones we have lost.

The Monster Hunting Guild.

Goals.

We of this guild look forward upon clearing the big citie's roads by killing the terrors that haunt the night (such as undead, oversized spiders and skeletons) and get money doing so!

Ranks:

The Arkons

The three leaders of the Guild are called Arkons (Kilianko Sevchuv and 2 to be chosen) and they command all squads within the Guild while still hunting alngisde them as brothers and guild-mates.

The Gapten

(10 - 5 people) The Gapten are the second in command, normally five to ten men, they handle their own squads and deal with burocracy (such as permission to stay in roads, acquiring a Hall, and such.). They also hunt alongside the others.

The Lifrai

(1 person) The second in command within the squads, they are tasked with dealing with problems within guild-mates and with disciplining them.

The Doethur

(2 people) The medics of each squad, they are tasked with basic health issues and sickness in general. They usually stay behind the lines when hunting so they can heal injured mates.

The Privat

The normal footmen of the squads, they compose of: archers, axemen, swordsmen, engineers and levymen. They're the bulk.

The Nova

The Novas are the one that joined the Guild but are yet to be trained.

The Elites of the Guild, they've show to the Arkons that they are worth their name. Mostly composed of Gapten and Lifrai.

The Backmen

Archers and Doethurs compose this squad, since they're the ones that stay behind the main lines.

The Levy Corps

A normal footmen squad, alongside their Gapten and Lifrai, they are the best of the normal Corps.

The Kaerman Corps

Just like the Levy corps, composed primarily of Privats and their Gapten.

The Novaya Corps

Made ONLY of Novas, this squad has yet to go to fight, but they have extreme potential.

But with what I have seen with you, you can't seem to keep your cool and decided to let your bad behaviour take over. GMing is stressful especially when in times of two parties arguing and bickering, they will also insult you, you must learn how to shield yourself and try to stomp the problem without any distractions.

 

Like you said feedback is appreciated and I'm here giving you some, I really think you should reconsider this role for a later date and try for something else for the staff.
