What is Roleplaying?: That is a realy tough question....but for me its the Action and Freedom to Create a Character with your own fingers and your own will. To Create a being with Feelings and Knowledge , only a Fantasy world can give you.And last but not least to Interact with other Players and Character Storys and Connect them to your own .
What is Metagaming?: The usage of Out of Character Information for the personal Benefit e.g an x-ray texture pack for miners
What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: An Emote which does not give the other participating party an Opportunity to Counter the Action e.g : "*** slices of your arm in a wild and fierce attack" (And the worst thing you can do)

Biography (This is one of the most important sections of the application. Please take your time and make it a decent paragraph long. Read up on your character's race and be sure to add at least one accurate reference from the server lore):
Eduard was born and raised in the City of Calais in the year 1621. The First Years of his Life are now a mere Shadow of the past. What he could remember was that he grew up in an Orphanage which was led by an old but lovely woman .She would tell him the wildest Story of Elves and Dwarfs and Mmen with god-like abilities. She called them mages and tells Eduard the stories of what they can do but he thought that they where just stories .When he reached the Age of 8 he started to work in the docks for a couple of minas. Unload cargo and load cargo onto the ships that would anchor in the Harbor.
When Eduard turned 14 , the old lovely woman who led the Orphanage died peacefully in her sleep. A Younger but much more cruel woman took over, and with her the winds changed. From now on there where no regular foods let alone storyies. Beloved and Hated by many she continued to throw out the older orphans who passed the age of 16 onto the streets to make space and feed less mouths. So it was only natural for fear to occur in the children of the Orphanage. But never the less he continued to do his works at the docks, to buy himself food and sometimes some sweets. He grew older and saw many more orphans cast out of the Orphanage so his fear would grow slowly but steady.
A few days before his 16 Birthday he talked to a Sailor who was drinking in the Harbor Tavern. And once again his mind was wrapped around the stories of Elves and dwarfs and this yearning to see them with his own eyes rose. He then asked the Sailor if the storyies about the mages he heard as a child were true , and as a response the Sailor just laughs and laughs and eventually would say that at least mages would still exist in this world and maybe could be found on the Island of Atlas.
And then came the day that he reached the age of 16 and with it he was cast out of the Orphanage and he would live in the streets. But just as he thought that his luck turned against him he would find work in the harbor tavern in which he was a regular face since he was old enough to enter. From now on he would help out where ever his help would be needed around there.And with this new work he could listen even more to the storyies of the Sailors who stayed at the Inn.
2 Years after he started first working there he put aside enough minas to get a cabin at one of the ships . But then one night there was a loud scream in the streets so loud that it froze his blood. When he could get the courage to go out to the Streets he saw the Mother of the Orphanage lying on the Streets and the Ground red from Blood, murdered for her money he pressumed. Now comes the strange thing about it, there were no wound or blood on her body but her whole surrounding was covered in blood. This was the first time he was not shocked by seeing a dead corpse but rather he smiled down on her and thought to himself that this woman deserved every last second of her pain before she died, but what he saw there kindled something inside of him, he wanted to know how someone could do such a thing without stabbing or cutting someone.
For days they would talk about this murder and no murderer was ever found. But then there were rumors that a Dark-Mage did it with blood magic, but still they could not find him . For weeks there were no other talking point but eventually things would get normal again.
And Finally after he spend 19 Years in this City his yearning to see other Races and of course to find out how the Mother of the Orphanage was murdered he bought himself passage on a ship that would sail for Atlas. A mostly uncharted landscape that has next to no mention in ancient text seemed to be a place where he could find all that he desired.
Personality Traits: (what are your character's quirks?; habits?; likes and dislikes?)Eduard is trough his life someone who thinks is weak in body but strong in mind and will. He likes to meet new people and listen to their stories. Despite the fact that he worked in an Inn he dislikes most alcoholic beverages and sometimes he goes into daydreaming even when he talks to someone.
Ambitions: He aspires to be a respected person and on the other hand a person you do not want to mess with. He wants to meet Elves and dwarfs of which he heard so much and wants to know how the Mother of the Orphanage could be killed without a stab or cut but still draw her blood out.
Strengths/Talents: He can sing really good and is used to hard work. Due to his life he can sing a variant of Sailor Chanties and Songs. He is a quick learner but he prefers to learn through practice.
Weaknesses/Inabilities: His fragile Body is his greatest weakness but there is also his inability to swim. Also you can bribe him with sweets or food to keep his mouth shut. But like anyone who never went outside their hometown he fears the unknown despite the fact that he wants to see the world.
Appearance: (what does your character look like?; how tall are they?; hair color?; scars?) Eduard looks like a twenty year old lad with black hair and some scars on his wrist. He is about 5,9 feet tall with brown eyes which are burning for new lands. Followed by his Eeyes is a smile that he will give everyone at least one until he no longer thinks that they deserve it. His clothes are the clothes of someone who worked his whole life , this means they are not very clean but more dirty along with his body.
When you see the Body you do not see just a View Muscle but not too many. Overall Eduard looks like a weak Boy.
