I'm just gonna jump in here real quick. Respectfully, I'm not celebrating the fact that only 17% of the poll-answers are in approval of the moderation team. I don't understand how it is dismissive. I am actively trying to make changes in my leadership philosophy as I solicit feedback from my team & the playerbase as a whole. If there is an outcry, I haven't seen or heard it up until last night when I posted the poll.

I realize that my tendency to be passive aggressive and point out hypocrisies on the forums can make people feel like I'm unapproachable. If people feel that the moderation team or server rules are going in a direction that is unhealthy for the longevity of our server — please reach out to me. Recently, other admins have been sending me some feedback that people have sent them, and it's very difficult for me to understand it without context or having a discussion with the player who is concerned.

I'm free for the next couple of days and I'll be out of town Friday-Sunday. If anyone wants to VC and provide me with constructive feedback feel free to reach out to me on discord.

I would like to point that you are by far not at all approachable at all. You refuse to listen to your players and ban anyone who disagrees with you. This being said, you are no way near being the worst moderation admin. The servers staff used to be so much worse, so much more corrupt, way move obviously biased to certain nations ect ect. Take Punisher for example, no further explanation needed. I cant speak on anything other than your approachablity and my own experiences with you. I think you've implemented pleantly of good additions to the server, but please dont lie about being approachable.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

An Olog is a formidable subrace of the Orcs known for its immense size and strength. Their origins remain a mystery, with debates ranging from inbreeding to adaptations. Resembling their Uruk brethren, Ologs have skin colors spanning green, red, blue, and even rare shades like purple. Ologs tower over other races, with heights ranging from 8-10 feet and weights varying from 400 to 920 pounds. Ologs have twice the strength of an average Uruk, meaning that if they could all band together, they would be a powerful fighting force to be reckoned with in fights of raw power. Their strength, however, does not make them impenetrable, as they are vulnerable to weapon hits just like any other race.  Despite their physical advantages, Ologs are incredibly slow compared to other descendants, which somewhat offsets their prowess. Intellectually, Ologs are considered sub-par, demonstrating limited emotional expression and a need-based approach to their actions. They are curious beings when not driven by primal needs like eating. Learning is a challenge for Ologs, as they struggle to understand complex concepts beyond simple tasks. Socially, they rely on others and prioritize the one who fulfills their basic needs. While larger and stronger cousins of orcs, Ologs lack the intellectual depth and philosophical understanding of their counterparts. They primarily serve as the physical backbone of the orcish world, undertaking demanding tasks and construction projects. Overall, Ologs are a force to be reckoned with physically but display limitations in intellectual and social aspects of their existence.

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look?

Bogrog'Lak weighs 850 pounds and stands at 9 feet tall. His strong muscular build is merely an illusion, as he is quite friendly, unless you are an elf. He decides not to wear armor as he argues it would only slow him down, instead, Bogrog'Lak only wears his filthy overalls which have been patched together multiple times. Bogrog'Lak has very little hair, having only a single strip of black hair which runs down the middle of his head.

[!] Eric would sit himself atop his bed, humming to himself as he looks out the window.  The night would have been full of laughter like curon nights were always, until he heard a sound hitting the window behind him. He turns himself around and notices a dead messenger pigeon with a note attached to its feet. Eric would open the window and take the note from off the bird's foot and what catches his eye first is the official seal of curon on the letter. To Erics surprise inside the note be an official call to arms. Eric would have been sent on a mission Like always Eric would obey his king and begin gathering his armour and supplies for the trip. The next day Eric would set off on horseback and wouldn't be seen for awhile. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned to months, before one day the sound of hooves could be heard on the path leading into curon. It would be the very horse Eric set off on his mission on. But one thing would be different, atop the horse would not be Eric's body, but instead it would be his corpse, laying lifeless atop the animal.  The armour Eric wore would have about a dozen holes and slashes. The brave knight that served his kingdom for so many years, and who was loyal for so many wars, was dead….

Usually the nights of curon would usually be filled with noises, laughter coming from the tavern, crickets chirping from the park, the sound of boots hitting the stone paths. But this night was different. The tavern would be silent, the crickets wouldn’t make a noise, the roads would be empty. On Montagne lane stood Eric’s house, a single candle lit on his desk. It too would be silent, the bed where someone once slept, would be empty. On Eric’s desk would be a stack of papers, a journal that was not finished, and never would be. Next to Eric’s journal would be a small leather book, the book would be opened to the first page.

“Curon is a bear, a bear that has grown, from a cub struggling to stand up, to a brave and respected boar. This bear stands strong, stronger than everything that attempts to bring it down. It thrives in a world full of different cultures, full of different nations and races trying to survive. “

“I write this in advance for I have no idea when the end is to come. I write this peacefully of my own will. I write this as my little story, for whoever finds this notebook, and for whoever they shall show it to. I came to curon when it was only a tent camp, I watched it grow just like the bear cub. I stood by it with many others and guided it on its path. I fought many battles alongside this bear.  I stood by it until my end. . .”

“To those I hold dear, I wish for you to not remember how I die or my death itself, I wish for you to remember the times we spent. Times we spent whether it be good or bad. I wish for you to remember me not for what I did in my life, but for who I was and who I became during it. “

[!] The writing next would be written in an unusual style. It seems each letter is tilted to the right. The last sentence would appear to be pressed deep into the notebook’s pages, much darker than the text above.

To the steward that finds this book, please show it to the people I knew. Please show it to them so that it may fill them with a slight bit of happiness. Tell them that  my job is done and that  there will be no goodbyes, because goodbyes mean going away and going away means forgetting.

[!] Below the text would depict a sketch of a polar bear cub.

(ooc Thank you everyone who helped me with Eric, this was a fun character to play)

PS I know I said boar, look up the term for adult bear

  5. Eric would stare at the grave made for will, his old king. but he was more to him than that, he was a friend, he made what eric is now today and helped it start, and because of that eric stood there in silence, speaking nothing but the occasional prayer. After a long time of staring at the grave eric turned his back, a single tear rolled down his face as he turned back, removing his helm as he bowed his head. Then placing it back on his head as he walked off, remembering how great the king was.

Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

From my understanding a ghost has 3 stages haunt, Revenant and Poltergeist or Spectre. You start as as a haunt, being a haunt means you don't really know you are dead and cannot move to the next step until you realize you are in fact dead . How haunts looks are that they are black and white with white eyes. Once you find out your are dead you evolve to the next step, which is a Revenant. As a Revenant you will learn how to be a ghost basically, learn what they can do and how to ‘live’ as one. They look a lot like haunts but their eyes are the only thing that changes, their eyes are no longer white meaning they have pupils. In this stage you would need another ghost or something to help you till you can advance to the next stage.  Depending on how well you take the fact that you are dead you can become a Poltergeist or a Spectre. If you are alright with death and fully accept what happened to you you become a Spectre, their color would be blue. As a Spectre you are calm and harmless, you don't really make much problem to the living. IF you are angry of your death you become a Poltergeist, a Poltergeist is a red ghost, controlled by anger they tend to destroy or harm the living.
