Johannesburg was destroyed in the beginning of the 1600s, which was almost 100 years ago (in roleplay), so your character can not have lived there! Carolustadt would have more likely been her place of residence, and she would have moved to Helena, the current capital city of the empire. (Hover over each for the wiki links).
