I guess in a way its a few things.... one which you have addressed ( question 4 ) re community input and getting back to the community and Jaedon seems to be trying to address the issue also with team question and answers... I think im more curious as to is this something that's discussed between staff members, as in... how can we be more approachable to the community.. where are we failing what can we try ..to be more transparent and approachable . Toxic communities will happen everywhere no matter what you do...someone beats the drum and the bandwagon starts rolling in... but toxicity does stem from somewhere.. and its easy to say as a staff member hey u can contact me on discord or...……….. but if someones not being responded to.. or if they are not the strong vocal or obnoxious type.. people are falling through the gaps.. so I was wondering if any thing was being done to try and rectify that... eg ( and this is just an example )..why was such and such banned... a simple the issue has been dealt with between the staff and person involved and that's all you need to know... but instead.. complete silence from a staff member... ( again this is just an example just 1 that came to the forefront of my mind ) . when people feel they are being ignored in pms or forums.. that just seems to add the sharpening of pitchforks so to sum it all up I guess im asking.. is anything being discussed at all between staff members at how to make the community feel like they are being listened to more? sorry I know what im trying to say in my head.. but my fingers seem to be going round in circles lol

When it comes to this forum, I'm a complete noob I wont lie. However I am not a Novice, I've done my time fielding questions, handling toxic communities and toxic moderators. Best way to get a feel is to look around, so I took my time reading through posts and comments ( unfortunately I'm not a skimmer ) and a few questions popped up.. so I figured that hey .. I'd ask those questions and if I come out looking like a dumbass then so be it ? : I found the list of who does what ** job** but I didn't find one stating what each job entails... eg.. what's an administrators role/s and responsibilities v's that of a moderator.. sounds simple.. but from what I'm seeing.. numerous people can place bans.. but whose held accountable if the bans wrong.. and what happens from there? : What happens when a team member is feeling pressured by another team member or feel like they can't say their mind for fear of losing their place in the team? : What is the correct Chain of command ideally.. eg.. you go to a forum moderator.. u don't feel you're being treated fairly and or being heard, what's the next step? : Are there meetings for the community to have their input and feedback on? If their input was listened to is there a follow up on what actions come from that input or why it was decided against?.. Can't please everyone : I saw a few comments where pms were sent to a team member but not responded to, even with rl happening that shouldn't be an issue, some kind of response within 24hrs should be a no brainer.. and when technology screws up and a notification is missed.. shouldn't a hey sorry I missed your message be just a common courtesy.. even if its days later? : The main thing I'm seeing though is lack of communication between the player base and members of staff, an easy fix..Is that an issue that's being discussed between the team as it seems an ongoing issue? Being part of a moderating team is a thankless job most days, my questions are genuine and easily answerable. If someone has an issue relating to one of my questions I ask that you please keep the toxicity out ?
