Viktoria is the daughter of Count Rhys of Metterden, the current head of the House of Ruthern, and she is the youngest of his four children. From a young age, Viktoria came to be rather quiet and reserved, being much less of a boisterous individual and appearing quite withdrawn. She tended to prefer to keep few close friends over having a sprawling web of connections, valuing the companionship of those she chose to be around. As the youngest child, she grew to hold respect for those above her, but also learned rather quickly that if those above her were not strong enough to lead that they weren't as deserving of that respect.
