    Alpha sat on her balcony, the feeling of cold wind brushed against a few drying tears as she read the letter. The sounds of crashing waves grew louder as the wind picked up. She’d idly take a sip of Mary Lucille’s- and her fathers favorite green wine as the all too familiar feeling swept over her. “To think it would end like this.” she’d comment to herself as she wrapped herself in a fur blanket – she’d look over Selm with a feeling of melancholy as she tossed the letter into the water below.

    History

    The Honorable Company of Brewers was nominally formed in 1436 when Orlik Ironcrow was granted an Imperial Charter and monopoly rights to distill Carrion Black and formed the Company of Brewers. Later the Companies of Vintners (1432) and Innholders (1592) merged into one Livery Company to better facilitate business. 

    In 1762, the Company of Vintners, Brewers, and Innholders was declared extant by Imperial writ and the following entities were grandfathered in as constituent corporations:

    As of 1764, the Master of the Company of Vintners, Brewers, and Innholders is

    Guidelines

     

    1. The duties of the Honorable Company of Vintners, Brewers, and Innholders

      1. Serve those in need of hospitable comfort within our walls, whether through drink or provisional housing

      2. Mass produce teas, wines, beers, and liquors for the community and distribute them through taverns and stalls

      3. Create enough rooms for the ever-growing population in Helena, providing opportunity for people seeking provisional housing

      4. Uphold the reputation Helena holds for its renown beverages, drinks, and innkeeping for the purposes of fostering more traffic

     

      1. Aid during war time to provide beverage and places to stay for soldiers in need, citizens in need, and those that have lost homes due to unforeseen circumstances

      2. Ensure illegal substances stay out of the city’s walls

     

    1. The following items are those that the Honorable Company of Vintners, Brewers, and Innholders have exclusive control over:

      1. All alcoholic beverages included and not limited to

      2. Beer, wine, vodka, and liquor

      3. All beverages included and not limited to

      4. Teas and coffees

      5. Smoothies

      6. Drugs (Only those approved by law)

      7. Appropriate brewery materials and equipment, e.g. barrels and bottles

     

     

     

    Hiring Regulations

     

    The Honorable Company of Vintners, Brewers, and Innkeepers gives its constituent companies (listed way above) the rights to hire their own workers. The Honorable Company of Vintners, Brewers, and Innkeepers will not be recruiting to its Livery Company, instead making the right of recruitment and apprenticeship the responsibility of the business owners. The owners of constituent businesses are expected to keep their own lists of employees.
