She comes from an average high elf family from Okarn'thilln, who gave her plenty of books to study as a child. She lived an average life, one not of grandeur or interest. As a child she was forced to take upon many forms of literature, and to constantly maintain her home. There was no time for break, or for mere fun with her lucky older siblings who were not burdened by chores. She picked the last straw, quite unlucky. Her family forbade her from leaving their overall meager home, and forced her to stick to studying as well as cleaning. She didn’t mind learning whatever she could about history, and often read books pertaining to all races, even though her family insisted that she were to only read about High elves. She enjoyed learning about Asulon, and the exploration of a new world was something she yearned for.
Though one day when she saw a visitor that entered the the capital, and went right past her home. A stranger of unknown origin sparked a flame in her heart, and opened her eyes. Although the other high elves that saw the stranger simply scoffed at the sight of a lesser being, she saw them as her savior. She realized that her whole childhood, was controlled by her family in a single moment. Knowledge she obtained not through her countless days and nights of study, but from a single glance of someone new. In a single night she left her home, leaving behind notes for her siblings and parents to bid them farewell.
Even though Uppori is a meek and timid woman, not understanding a thing of the true world, she is ready to be more than just average for the first time in her life.
