Thank you for your reply and I appreciate your feedback. I am going to revise my application below if that is ok.
(1) The definition of metagaming and powergaming :
Metagaming is the behaviour to acuqire information or ask for help from the outside of the game. It is not only bad for the balance of the game but may also ruin the roleplay experience.
Powergaming is the behaviour that undermines the experince of roleplay, by having characteristics that maximize the well of the protagonist without considering other players or the context of the game.
(I can have examples, if the explainations above still are not enough)

He traveled to the realm of Arcas for in-depth skills of engineering and magic”
(3) It has been changed in the biography
(4) OwO … I believe it looks like a male, at least to me.
(5) The negative fact would be “Due to his past, he’s self-confidence is below the average and he tends to be pessimistic about the future”
