    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: I would try to avoid any roleplay with anyone doing any kind of powergaming and then proceed to call admin help for the situation or just do a report, but depending on the situation I would try to warn the player that powergaming is not permitted and its against the rules.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: The knowledge acquired outside of the game, for example, extern information on discord, would give that player the opportunity to abuse that acting as if their character shared that knowledge, so the character would be able to know stuff that they're not supposed to giving they an unfair advantage in some situations and making the roleplay boring or just bad.

Physical Description: A Dark Elf always wearing an armor covered with monastic cloths, 1,80 in height.
Roleplay Scenario:

Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Ram Duc sit on the cushion, as he looks around still confused by the situation. "Well... I don't recognize you, but I've been walking for too long so, why not." Duc get comfortable on the cushion "I'm Ram Duc, and I came into this place in my search for knowledge, I travel from place to place in hope to find the perfect place to settle and study any variation and type of magic, no objective behind that... Just for the thrill and love of the arcane!" He stops talking to start organizing his backpack and as he does that he continues speaking. "I consider myself some kind of monk, I don't share some of the common opinions of my race, and I think that's it, got anything to trade?" Duc says that as he stand up putting his backpack on his back and shows a sack of gold to the hag. "I love hag made items, they're the perfect for studying!"
