Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

When Laurent de Montfort reached the tent opening, he stopped there. His once elegant and refined clothes were now filthy.
When he heard the witch's words, he sensed something. He knew what it was. Or at least, that's what he thought.
He entered and sat down in a dirty chair. He couldn't speak, then he spoke his name.
"Laurient de Montfort," he whispered. "I once lived in a small village with my humble family."
"I was betrayed by those they considered brothers, which is why I'm here. I seek answers, but above all, revenge. When I arrived, someone told me that in this swamp, secrets are traded like currency. So I ask you, witch, can you help me?"
