    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Forcing rp upon someone else that hinders their abilities to act. Example: Grabbing someone's neck and snapping it in one emote.

Krognak was 120lbs when he was born, and killed his mother in child birth. Three days after birth he fought and killed his family pet dwarf "Stumpy", and ate him. From then Krognak gained a love for eating halflings, and was always bribed to do his chores with a halfling as a treat. Krognak is now 25 and has decided to leave his tribe in search of a new family because his last tribe did not feed him enough halflings. During Krognak's later days, he was a esteemed fighter, always seeing the light of combat and hard labor as his brutish size and strength was paramount for his success. He would often get moody and depressed when not promised a halfling as reward for a hard days work or fight, often resulting in him storming through an elf farmer's barn and destroying it in anger. He later then joined the Raguk Clan under the leadership of Wargoth Nagg'Raguk.

Physical Description: Krognak is a towering organism of strength, standing at 9'5", and weighing in at about 700lbs. He is an olog.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Your bio must have a specific reference to our lore. The mentioning of another race listed on the races list you can select is unfortunately not enough.

9.5 feet and 700 pounds is excessive for an orc in our lore, if he was an Olog that would be acceptable but it would cause changes to his intellect and personality and such.
