    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Being over powered to or RPing in a way that others cannot respond to for you to win.

Delphina came from a normal Mali'thill family, being taught to  look down on others and given a sheltered life being her father’s only daughter. He was fairly protective of her and only taught her a few things about her culture but didn’t learn much other than that. Being trapped in her home in Tahn’siol, Delphina was curious and wanted adventure. She wanted to learn and be herself along with others she saw on the few times she was outside.  Her father had been keen on keeping the “Pure” bloodline of their family and once a deal was made with a different family, she was set to marry the son. She was excited to meet others and to party but, seeing how she’d have to be married to a person she’d never met- let alone loved- scared her.  She ran away from the alter, her father upset that so much effort was wasted. Seeing as he wasn’t going to let years of work and effort go to waste, he hired a band of trackers to hunt her down. 
Delphina had happily found herself in a band of traveling entertainers and became a bard of sorts. Her father had avoided being in the military by being an artist and a well known name to few, leading his daughter to learn many arts as well. Using her skills, she was welcomed into the group as they traveled about, meeting people and having fun as she learned of the world she never knew.

Physical Description: Delphina is a pale elf, a blonde/gingery shoulder length hair, who wears rather bard like clothing.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
