    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when you control someone else's actions or responce for them through your actions.

Vadjerford O'Dwyer is a rough but kind-hearted Viking, separated from his family at a young age as they were lost at sea and he now roams around the snowy regions of Atlas. He mostly prefers to stay in his cold environment isolated from most of civilization but is willing to go to warmer areas in order to trade a quarter of all pelts and meats he obtains when hunting for Mina. He gives another half of all he earns to the village of Wakanda a dwarven village and a place in which he was raised in, after being found by a lone dwarf by the name of Mjolner. Due to spending a large amount of time in a dwarven village he found himself able to both speak and write in fluent Dwarven after being taught by the many elders residing there. To this day he still roams around Wakanda, helping around the village as much as he can.

Physical Description: Vadjerford O'Dwyer would be a large Human male, standing at exactly 6'2", he'd have a large mesomorphic athletic build and he'd have strong black hair
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Unfortunately your bio is grounded in something that is not our lore, there is no island of vikings and ologs, there was no prophecy or magical portal, titan, lleh realm, etc. So you'll need to change it to something that fits out current canon.

Your character can not have any ability with magic at all to begin with.
