Orval's mother was a cave dwarf and his father was a human. Orval's mother died while giving birth to Orval who would go to grow up as an only child. His father hoped that maybe the cause of his wife's death was that Orval was too big and he would grow up to be a regular-sized man but that was wrong as Orval is still a small little guy. Orval grew up in the Holy Oren Empire but as his father's disgrace grew, he fled to the Grand kingdom of Urguan where he tried to hide from the eye of the people, did what he needed to do to get by. There was when Orval was only about 14 years old, having to learn to face life by himself without a home or daily food. Orval's father was very aggressive towards him, at times threatening him with a sword up to his throat, developing this fear in Orval, of the blade. Orval is uneducated as his father never thought it was necessary for him to go to school, Orval was able to teach himself some slight ability to read and write, but can come off as extremely uneducated when having a conversation due to his broken up English.

"Ahoy" I reply. "I am just here to continue building upon my young life, I am a farmer from the near lands who is looking for any available farming opportunities. Are there any jobs you know of you could tell me about, I would be down to go get a drink with you if you have the time" *As I say this I reach out to shake his hand*, "I'm Orval"
