Dominick’s family lived in a small farm as part of the greater Holy Orenian Empire, during this time his family lived a simple life as farmers. This would continue well into Dominicks childhood, where while he was happy at first slowly grew restless with the constant lifestyle and lack of new people. From this time he dreamed of going into the great cities and exploring and meeting more people in the world. His parents while only simple farmers hoped the best for Dominick and as such much of his teenage years was spent being taught everything they knew, from how to cook to how fix horse shoes and so on, anything to be able to give him a chance of a job in a city. Luckily his younger brother Jared stayed behind to take care of the farm while Dominick studied of the great traders of Sutica and the arrogant elves of the silver state. He dreamed of talking with the druids and laughing with the men of Helena.
I suddenly look up startled and with a quick smile I laughingly reply “Oh nothing so grand friend,” and with a smile he takes the stranger by the shoulder. “I am however very interested in where the nearest tavern is, I need to regrow my land legs after all!”
