Krefarus

      Haakon grew up in a small village on the edge of the temperate forests to the south. During his youth he worked as an apprentice shipwright and blacksmith. However the local nobility soon pressed much of Haakon's village including himself into service in response to the more numerous orc raids. Haakon participated in few minor skirmishes until he was left as the sole survivor of an ambush. Haakon fled south into the tundras, recruiting locals while he put his ship building skills to use. Haakon's small band would become an experienced sailing and fighting crew as they built a small longboat and frequently raided Orc, Human, and Elven villages alike. Haakon would grow to become an excellent leader and naval captain. Haakon would earn his title 'Ironside' during a skrimish in the Golf Isles where his ship was rammed multiple times yet it did not sink      

      Haakon's story would start a new when preparing him for a raid a deadly storm would shipwreck him, once again stranding him alone and with nothing
