How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: A form of role-playing when the character uses information only known to the player and not the character itself. In this case any information or knowledge acquired ooc which shouldn't by any means be known by the RP character.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: In this case the player tries to gain advantage or power to support the RP character using ooc chat. That could be begging, proposing a deal, anything to help his RP character in a non-natural way.
