Born to a nomadic tribe of orcs. He spend most of his childhood with his Tribe. his tribes hunting grounds existed to the west of Haelun'or. There where some people that didn't like the fact that there were a orc tribe so close to a "civilized city" so the tribe would get assaulted by groups from other races occasionally, but the tribe could drive these raiders usually away. elves where most eager ones of these. everything was fine a group of high elves lured an adult basilisk to attack the tribe in the middle of the night. While the basilisk was attacking the orcs that were fighting back the basilisk so everyone else could run, the elves where trying to kill everyone who where running from the attack. Half of Torryg's tribe died that night. They had no option, but to leave their hunting grounds and travel to the Rexdom of Krugmar.
Torryg noticed that the slaughter happened only because the tribe wasn't ready for the assault, their metal weapons weren't maintained well and most of his tribe used crude stone axes and arrows.
This made him interested about blacksmithing and about fighting lethally without weapons.
His Dream is to build his own forge and to real the art of blacksmithing.
"Greetings stranger. I have come to this city to learn the art of forging.
so might you know a person from whom i could learn his craft?"
as the gentleman confirms that he knows such a person. Torryg lifts him up in with his arms out of excitement.
"You really do?! i am really blessed by the spirits today!"
After being held in the air by a overly spirited orc for a while the man ask if he could put down.
"Ah sorry i got taken over by joy there. So could you point me to the person you mentioned earlier?"
After Gentleman has pointed him towards a certain alleyway. Torryg gives the man a small bow
"Thank you. May the spirits guide your way."
Then he turns towards the alleyway and starts walking towards his dream.
