You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Example: Lorath would raise an eyebrow before cautiously taking a seat on the cushion, "You've been expecting me? Why is that? Surely if you were expecting me you know what brought me here. I am seeking knowledge in order to better my smithing techniques. Long have I lived in the shadow of my father and his work. I will soon learn techniques beyond his understanding and claim my birthright in becoming the most skilled blacksmith of all time." With that, Lorath would lean forward a bit in a slightly intimidating position, "So, what can you tell me about the knowledge I seek?".
