    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when you don't give any warning before you do something such as kill someone because it doesn't allow them to react or roleplay.

Caeda was born within the city of Caras Eldar to two nomadic wood elves who were visiting their homeland to have a safe birth for their child. However, once she reached the age of seven, they quickly got restless and left for the forests once more. From an early age, her parents taught her to be an Aspect. This gave her the gift to see the beauty in nature and how to coexist with it. As they traveled the forests, her mother showed her what plants were safe to eat, herbs needed for healing and cooking, and how to bring around new life through animal breeding and farming. Her mother would also pull out her lute and try to mimic the music of the forest when they settled into their temporary camp for the night. Her father tried to teach Caeda how to use a bow and arrow. Unfortunately, she wasn't really able to grasp how to use the weapon. This did not impede her and she then focused her attention on improving her music and gathering skills. While she loved her parents, she longed for the company of others, not just the rare sightings of other creatures they happened to pass on their journey. She wished to live a simple life surrounded by others like herself with a home she could return to. Caeda was tired and weary of this never-ending journey her parents seemed content to travel on. It was definitely a hard decision to leave her parents but it had to be done. Her parents understood her need for companionship and wished her a safe journey back to the city of Caras Eldar. Her hope is to settle near the city join a seed while also looking for work as a farmer or herbalist.

Physical Description: Dark red hair with forest green eyes and olive skin. Wears a purple flower crown and a green and white dress.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
