Born to an Orc and a Mali’ame, Tsarra’s birth was undoubtedly cursed from the start, through no fault of her own. Her mother died soon after giving birth to her daughter. After her death, she was raised by her father away from her tribe. Tsarra, or as she prefers to be called, Yume, spent her childhood years alone, and remained blissfully unaware of the world’s view of her. But no one can stay that way forever. One day, disobeying her fathers orders, she went outside. She made friends with a girl her age who had pointed ears just like her! Every day once her father left, she’d sneak out and wait for her newfound friend. It was only for a moment, a passing orc saw her. The next day, there was a group of them. The orcs had questions, questions her father gave unfavorable answers to. He had, after all, been raising a child in secret, away from the community. The orcs and her father fought. Her father lost an arm in the battle. They moved across Atlas, settling near the Jade Peaks for a time. Yume would socialize with other non-orcs, and found yet again that elves were the most welcoming. Once Yume was old enough to handle herself, she sought out the Dominion of Malin in Caras Eldar, only to find it had been overtaken by Gladewynn. She had hoped to see the grave of her mother, yet it seemed that was not to be.
All the sadness in her life was not enough to crush that bright spark that was the lion’s heart of Yume. Her love of singing and dancing was rivaled only by her love of fighting. Spirits be willing, Yume wanted to perform upon every stage, in every tavern, in every citadel. And while having a little extra mina wouldn’t be amiss, it was the entertainer’s drive in her that drove the dream chasing half-orc to the city of Sutica, where she hoped to be rid of discrimination and receive recognition for her talent.
